Horrible attention from administrators
We were there for about two hours and a half. Our papers went trough two managers, the second manager made us wait one hours until finally she was available. It was 8:20 pm night already, she started to argue with the seller man ( a nice guy) then she told us that the agreement name needed be change. We were tired after having a long day on my job. We decided not to buy the car and go home.

BAIT AND SWITCH!
I hate giving bad reviews but this went above and beyond. We saw a used, black 2019 Chevy Tahoe with 13,518 miles advertised on a number of sites at the "no haggle" price of $42,695, which we would have gladly paid. We called Hertz and asked if we could put a deposit on the car as we would not be able to come in for 3 more days. They said they do not accept deposits on vehicles but they set up an appointment for us to come in the following Saturday. I continued to watch the ads to make sure the car was still available. As we were driving in, David called to confirmed that we would, indeed, be there and we said we were on our way. When we arrived and said we were there to see the car, we were first told that the car was at the dealership having recall work done. We said we'd be happy to view it at the dealership. We were then told by the manager, Philip Finan, that the car was no longer available for sale because it was at the airport and had been returned to the rental fleet...but that there were other Tahoes on the lot we could see (with significantly more mileage.) We explained that we drove 1 hour in to see this car, with his associate calling to confirm that we were on the way. He offered to fill our gas tank with fuel but we had just filled it. We asked for a gift card instead. To this date, nothing has been sent. It is now 8 days later and the same ad is still running. Go figure...

Hertz Car Sales Salt Lake rocks
OMG! I would recommend Hertz Car Sales Salt Lake to everyone. They worked so hard and fervently to get me a car that I was happy with and would love at a price I could afford. They are absolutely amazing. My salesman was MARIUS REDZIKOWSKI he was fantastic and understanding. The business manager LISA DUNN was awesome as well. She worked really hard with the banks to get me an approval.

Daughters 1st big purchase
Daniel Darelli was excellent he did not pressure my daughter at all and the finance manager David Fletcher was amazing he found her the best deal and provided us with great guidance. We looked at a few other dealerships and Hertz was the best. Thanks again for being so great!!!

Wish I had not bought my car from them.
The sales guy was nice and buying process was fairly easy but I have had so many problems with my car including the transmission going out shortly after buying it. I will not buy from them again and I tell everyone I can to stay away from here when looking for a car.

Bought a Nissan Versa Note for less than 9k!
We worked almost exclusively with a very friendly Claudia Hasslock who helped narrow down our decision. She didn't push or make unannounced calls/emails unlike EVERY other dealership we went to. The moment you enter the facility you notice a calmness instead of the chaotic nature of dealerships that try to get you to purchase a vehicle by any means possible. The reason being their model of volume sales vs. commission sales. They don't need to be aggressive while still offering some of the best deals we've encountered. Highly recommended alternative than dealing with more commonplace dealerships!

Unimpressed
To cut to the end of this story, I purchased elsewhere. Both the cars I went to look at had cosmetic damage (including a dent over the wheel well on one side. This damage was undisclosed both in the written information and in my interaction with the sales associate. I simply found it on my own after taking the car for a test drive. The asking price did NOT reflect these conditions. You can find better elsewhere in the same city.
