Easiest Experience I've ever had
I shopped several dealers for a specific Ram 1500 Certified. Faulkner had by far the best selection, and the most helpful through the buying process. They reached immediately after I inquired, and then a sales person guided me through with detailed info about the truck and how the purchase would go. Andy the sales manager was great as well. I'll only buy from them in the future!

Run as far and as fast as you can
Somehow my kid went in there with 7000 to put down on a 20000 car and he ended up with a 22000 loan because of all the extra warranties they tacked on. Funny how he could wait around for hours while they detailed it (aka charged $915 for a ceramic coat) and worked in the numbers but then he had to hurry and sign everything because the guy only had 5% battery left on his iPad. Found out they gave him every warranty they could. Waiting to hear back from them to cancel as many warranties as possible and get as much money back as we can. Will NEVER go there again and I'm telling everyone to stay away. Funny thing is I'd they'd been decent I could have gotten at least 3 more people to come in and buy from them. I guess screwing an 18 year old kid out of 2 or 3 thousand is worth losing commission on those cars and anything he might have bought in the future. Hard life lesson learned for him but you better believe he's going to have everything in writing on paper before he ever signs anything again!

Can't keep service appointments!
This dealership is a disgrace!!! They can make an appointment for service but they can't keep an appointment for service. It is easy to make the appointment. Anyone can make and appointment. The important part is keeping the appointment, which Faulkner could not do. Very disappointed and disgusted customer.

Rude and U professional
Very rude and unprofessional. I traveled a fair distance because they had the Challenger I wanted. I was told they didn’t want to provide me any numbers because I wasn’t serious about purchasing the car. I will never consider purchasing from any Faulkner dealership.

Purchased a dodge ram 2500, used, and promised over and
Purchased a dodge ram 2500, used, and promised over and over that it was in great shape and safe - vehicle hadn't been run through their shop yet when we went to look at it. Assured over and over that before we would be able to take home, they would run it through their shop and inspect. Needed manifold/exhaust work - which they did send out and have done. After putting $10,000 (yes - 10,0000), had to wait a month and a half to get. Fadt forward to now - 7 months later, less than 2500 miles we have put on it. Took four new tires and when driving after they were installed the vehicle was running a very hard and heavy took back to where we got the tires and they put on the lift. There was so much under the hood and the suspension system that they said should never have passed inspection. Repairs were made with used parts, or not even made. To the tune of $3,000 we had it repaired where we purchased the tires because it was not safe to drive until those repairs were made. Contacted Faulkner because of misrepresentation issues, the used car sales manager has yet to return our phone call after first speaking to me and then calling my husband. The regional manager has called once, promised to get back by the end of the week and that was four days ago and still no call back. I would advise to never ever ever go to this place. We are seeking legal advice because this is just ridiculous!

FIND ANOTHER DEALER!
FIND ANOTHER DEALER! If I could give less than 1 star I would! ALL they care about is money, don't let them fool you with the "90 years of customer service" I've spoken to several former employees since my dreadful experience and they ALL have said they have 1 way of doing things, getting the most money from you no matter. They do not give options. Don't go in with a plan because they will only show you the plan they come up with. Avoid the sales manager Danny. He likes to tell you one thing and then say he never said it and gaslight you into thinking you're putting words into his mouth, even when I had the text message to prove what he said. Seriously avoid Faulkner "to be sure" they will screw you over.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. Bought a dodge ram 2500 several years ago purchased extended warranty. Sold truck 3 weeks ago, been trying to get someone to return my call in the finance office for 3 weeks now. Just left a message with the president of the company. Let's see if he will get this taken care of before I have to drive there.

Bait and switch. Truck advertised having 3000 miles actually has 8000. Then after confirming truck is there and ready. I drive 3 hours rough trip and I get there and I am told truck is in body shop. The was supposed to be certified but it’s in body shop. Hmmm don’t waste your time like I did

A++++ SALES TEAM
This is a 5 Star dealer- if they have what you're looking for - your search ends here. I drove 3.5 hours away from NY, and it was well worth my time. My salesman Chris Eppley was a very down to earth, awesome person. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman, he was honest and straightforward. He even kept in touch with me for about 2 weeks until the title came in and they even held the car for me until I took the trip(trust me they could have sold it to someone else, but they honored the deal we agreed upon and waited). In this car market right now(i've purchased many vehicles) this is very rare and simply shows they're about fair and transparent prices even when others take advantage. The business/finance manager Nicholas Kimball is also a really awesome person. Zero pressure, straight forward and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. These guys are real pros at what they do and are an asset to this company. I will certainly be back with family/friends and will recommend them to take the trip as well to avoid the hustling area I'm from. Thanks again Faulkner team, it was a pleasure.
