If ZERO stars were an option, that would be my choice.

If ZERO stars were an option, that would be my choice. They don't return calls, are rude on phone and it's easy to see why the reviews are so crappy! I CONCUR!!

Great dealership.

Great dealership. My salesperson Luis helped me find the right car and was so happy to help me. Salesperson actually sat with me and listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to get me in out. Super nice and respectful staff!

I stopped by Mint Auto Sales recently, and I honestly

I stopped by Mint Auto Sales recently, and I honestly couldn’t leave fast enough. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was completely off. No greeting, no effort — just a cold, unwelcoming environment. It felt like the staff didn’t want to be there, and it showed in how they treated customers. What really made me walk out was overhearing a manager speaking to an employee in a way that was completely out of line — loud, rude, and totally unprofessional. If that’s how they talk to their team in front of customers, I can only imagine how messy things are behind closed doors. Save yourself the time and frustration. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — especially if you value good service and respectful business practices.

You advertise “no haggle pricing”.

You advertise “no haggle pricing”. You have this car listed at $5,695. I asked for cash out the door and you told me $8,793.58. You somehow found a way to haggle it up $3,098.58. Florida vehicle sales tax is 6%. $5,695+$341.7=$6,036.70. Give me a temporary tag and send me out the door.

I want to give them as honest a review as possible.

I want to give them as honest a review as possible. They have as least two locations, Mint and Sell Your Auto Fast. First of all the salesman I worked with was Mike, nice enough guy but not able to do much for me and unknowledgeable with regards to cars. They are going to make money off of you so if you are willing to buy the car expect to pay several thousand over fair price. So do not buy high mileage, take your money else where. They will take full copies of your cards if you choose to pay this way so only buy with cash in full to avoid having to cancel all your cards for new numbers after the transactions are completed. This will also help you avoid the Clover 3% fees. Ok with all that said the staff are all kind and willing to do what it takes to take your money, so if you truly feel you want the car and all the aforementioned facts don't sway your judgement, their selection is vast and diverse enjoy the experience. Just remember they are in the money business not the customer business. I will not be returning as I don't believe they've earned that right. Had the car been in a lesser condition I would have never bought from an establishment with such low credibility and low customer values.

I am a victim of Auto Dealership Fraud.

I am a victim of Auto Dealership Fraud. Bought this car put five figures down Only for it to start having serious problems right away. The next day my convertible top started leaking hydraulic fluid and stopped working that week. Within a week my ABC light came on and it was red right away. Which means the vehicle was not drive-able at all. Put fluid in the car only to see it on the ground due to a busted hose. Took it in. They did a patch up job. On the way there I took the highway and my underbody started scraping real bad. Took it in. They said they would tie it and fix it. They never did. Next day it was flapping again A few days later as I was driving it. The underbody was flapping and I heard a loud pop under the car. Called them. They said I needed to pull the car over and not drive it anymore. The person on the phone slipped and stated it was an oil pan issue. After buying the car I discovered it was being used by the owner as a commercial vehicle for company use. And that it had issues they did not disclose to anyone. Now only two months after buying this vehicle. I’m stuck with a car that I can’t drive this car has two cracked struts. It was never safe to drive not even on the day I bought it! I can’t work now because I can’t drive. Paid well over 10,000 down for a dead car Plus I was overcharged for this vehicle. I was scammed I’m looking for lawyers at this point I’ve been on hold for about a half hour waiting for the owner to answer the phone
