Called this place asked if the Silverado was still available the female I spoke to said yes and told me to bring pay stubs and proof of address. Told them I can be there the next day and to call me if truck was sold please call me and let me know because I don’t live nearby. No one called so I drove 40 minutes to this place their sign is faded and the truck wasn’t there. Spoke to a guy there he said it was sold late the night before. Then he said well I got these other trucks if you want to check them out. So I just turned around and left. This is poor customer service.

Place sucks spend 8 hours there and didnt even get the vehicle i went for.. they are a bunch of con artists DONT GO THERE

Made a appointment to come see truck next day and they sold it. No call ,telling me they sold, i told prior on the phone i was over a hr away. Worst used car dealer

Drove 40 miles to see a truck that was available for purchase at closing time the evening before. Got there at a 11am appointment time. Asked to see the truck and they said "let me show you what we have". After asking several times to see the low milage truck they told me it wasn't there. Sold day before. A week later it is still showing as available. They never had the truck, it was all a gimmick to get me there. It was dishonest. I would never go there again! They tried to push another truck on me that was older, basis trim package, much higher miles and a lot more money!!

Horrible experience I called ahead for a vehicle that I seen online was told it was still available and to come on in an hour drive to get there and the car wasn’t even there was told to wait for manager when he got there he tried to sell me a different car....I wouldn’t recommend no one go or buy from them‼️‼️‼️‼️

Not what i expected. I came there with 3 vehicles to look at and what i wanted wasn't available. Plus i had a vehicle for exchange and with that they still tried to sell me something expensive. So i said no

A BIG ZERO ALLK THE WAY AROUND !! {I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THEIR REPAIR SHOP..I WOULDN'T ..THEY ARE THE TYPE TO BREAK IT AND CHARGE YOU!!} I SPOKE WITH A FEW DIFFERWENT EMPLOYEES ABOUT 2 SPECIFIC VEHICHLES, MAKIG SURE AT LEAST ONE WAS AVAILABLE THE MORNING I DROVE ALMOST 3 HRS WITH MY GRANDCHILDEREN IN THE CAR. SO, I WAS TOLD THE 2 VEHICHLES..COME ON DOWN. SOWE DID. IN HAND A LETTER FROM ,MYBOSS , MY SSD PROOF FROM THE STATE , BANK STATEMENTS OF SAVINGS AND CHECKING TO BACK UP AND VERIFY MY INCOME IS PLENTY TO HAVE THIS ******under$ 8k car or jeep****** EACH DEPOSIT OR TRANSFER FROM MY BOSSES ACCOUNT TO MINE AND SSD CHECK VERYTYCLEAR TO SEE ON MY BANKING. AND YET HE MAKES ME DO ANOTHER CREDIT APPLICATION ..KEEP IN MIND I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN EITHER CAR...NOT EVEN FROM A DISTANCE..{bait and switch?? maybe} I WAS SIMPLY NOT INTERESTED IN ANY OTHER CAR THEN AN ELANTRA THAT I WAS TOLD HAD 68,000 MILES ON IT OR THIS 1999 JEEP that {either there is 2 of these rare all stock tan jeeps wangler , with exactly the same soft ..hard tops and milageo r hes using another carlots pics} i brought my utility billsto prove residencey and the deed to my house. I DIDN'T LIKE FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION BEFORE SEENTG THESE VEHICHLES , SO I KIND OF GAVEHIMA HARD RIME. WELL,,, NOW HE WANTS MY SONS SIGNITUREFORCREDIT!! I CAME TO THIS PLACE IN HOPES IT WOULD SHOW POSITITVE CHANGES ON MY CREDIT REPORT...WELL THE MANAGER THAT SITS BACK IN HIS OFFICE WHILE HIS KRONIES WALK AROUND SCREWING EVERYONE CAme out and told me my disability payments i get for the rest oof my life do not count forminome and that all the deposits or transfers from my bosses aocunt for my pay for the jobs i do whih came with a letter from my boss...weren't onsidered deposits. I UNDERSTAND WE DO NOT OUNT UNEMPLOYMENT OR STIMULUS HEKS. well this man was sreaming at me, asking where i see three thousand total in depoasits for one month..or 1500 on another and 4000 on another, to top that off hes yelling at me to show him these deposits...as i try to he sreams at me some more. he did all of that...why maybe he could'nt produce the car?? let alone the jeep. get on your horse and run from thse losers...they have no conscieCE

Called an hour ahead before taking a drive to see a car. Was told car is in the lot. When i get there car is not there. Was "sold" before i got there.

I did a credit application on there website they said I was approved. I got there from a 3 hour drive the car was not on the lot and they play to many game STAY AWAY DONT BUY FROM THEM

Called about a Jeep and was told to come on in and check it out. I drove 2 hours to get there but no Jeep. Looking around, I waited but eventually gave up. No one offered any sympathy or apology, so dishonest
