Pulled into the dealership salesman came out by the name of Serge. Was of no help with basic questions like recalls damage that wasnt reportes on the carfax etc. Proceeds to say he had over 200 cars on the lot he could not remember what the situation was for all of them and continues to have a rude attitude throughout the process. We were in there ready to buy a car and left due to rude salesman less than 10 minutes laters because he was not able to answer and of our questions and had no interest in getting the information we were looking for. It is unfortunate because we found a good car less than a block down the street at Lia Hyundai the same day.

Hello this is Serge, Im sorry that you felt the way you felt, and I apologize if I came across that way however As I recall the conversation between us was brief and straight to the point. You asked me about the 2 different Chevy Cruze that I have on the lot and informed me that you looked up their history and Carfax (in which we provide online for free for each vehicle we advertise and will contains the vehicle's history and open recalls) -followed by a question "Why does the Carfax say No Accident Reported while it does have this dent on the front hood" in which I replied by saying this minor cosmetical dent is not caused by a collision/accident. You where dissatisfied by my answer and looked at me as If Im trying to hide something, moreover you asked me does the vehicle have any recalls on it? I replied by saying I'm not sure I will have to go inside on my computer put the VIN# in the system and see if there is any recall in which if there is we will take care of it before Vehicle Delivery. You where dissatisfied by my answer, then I smiled at you and I said, Madam I have near 200 cars available on the lot of 30+ Brands and new vehicle come in on almost a weekly basis in which I cannot keep track of each vehicles history hence I need to put the VIN in my computer and double check if there are any recalls to be taken care of. You simply left and said we got some thinking to do. I smiled and said as you wish Madam, we're here till 6. The same response I give to any customer who says they need time to think because we are not pushy dealership trying to get you to buy right this second. We understand that the process can be confusing and overwhelming to lots of people, and we give our customers the space and time needed in order to make the best decision for themselves. Bought a 'SHOW ROOM CONDITION" vehicle
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS dealership on a used car ! They refuse to honor their written warranty, I paid 21 thousand dollars and have at least 10 grand in repairs ! Car was advertised in SHOW ROOM CONDITION ! it's in junk yard condition and dealership will not honor the lemon law warranty that was issued to me. I'll be suing for repair and attorney fee's .

Warranty service leg pull by South Point
When my fuel pump died on a GMC Sierra I purchased from south point, I was asked to have the truck towed45 miles on my Tab. Then when I picked up the vehicle, it ran as expected BUT when I went to use my previously working foglamps that night, they didn’t work. In the fuse box the Foglamp relay was missing??????? What? A DAY LATER I DISCOVERED THAT PERSONAL ITEMS WERE MISSING FROM MY VEHICLE!! xxx!! I would never recommend this business unless you want your LEG PULLED!

It's unfortunate that you had a bad experience with us but we would've appreciated a phone call stating the problem you faced, as that is not acceptable at our dealership. Our staff has been working with us for years, and we've never got any complaint about missing items. We would never allow of such mislead and theft. If what you're saying is true, then the least you could've done is let us know so we can address the issue with our staff and solve it. But there would be no reason for our technician to remove a fog lamp relay when he's replacing a fuel pump anyways. We would've loved to know you name as well so we can address the issue directly with you and solve this misunderstanding.
