I am extremely pleased with this Merced Chevy dealership,

I am extremely pleased with this Merced Chevy dealership, especially the customer service. I sadly can not say this about all Chevy dealers. I was willing to take a 5-hour drive to purchase the vehicle of my choice, BECAUSE of their genuine interest in my business as well as their efforts in customer satisfaction. I live in Chino, CA and I am a Chevy girl. I have only owned Chevys in my 34 years of driving, and was very disappointed in most of my neighboring dealerships. Josh was friendly and absolutely wonderful with answering questions. They made me feel as though I mattered as a person, not just a commission. I would recommend them to all family, friends, and potential buyers from their area and beyond. It's well worth it! Prices are better too!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!! We purchased a used car at this dealership. After driving the car for 307 miles it was in the shop for 12 days with $1,508.42 in repairs. 33 days later it was back in the shop for another $1,072.21 in repairs. At 764 miles it was undriveable! When I contacted Merced Chevrolet, it sounded like they cared and wanted to take a look at it. I had it towed from Fresno to Merced, at their request, only to be told that they couldn't help me. They had mentioned a possible trade-in option, so I asked them to make me an offer. The offer was for $2,500. At this point the car has only been driven 764 miles since purchase and I have already invested $11,280 into the car! The best they can offer me is $2,500? So again, my advice is to AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!! 😳😠🥺😭

Ouch! Just read a review about Christian!! Had the ABSOLUTE opposite experience!! Helpful, patient, walked us through a pile of forms helping us buy our beautiful new Blazer. I say give Merced Chevrolet a chance…I was very pleased💕

Spoke with Christian Rodriguez sales Manager About my Corvette I ordered and this guy could not tell me anything about ,then ends up getting his panties in a bunch and starts getting attitude. Someone needs to teach that guy Customer Service.. horrible attitude!👎

Can't go wrong with Merced Chevrolet

I would like to give Andrew Martinez, Kudos for going above and beyond he was a very pleasant sales rep he made my buying experience comfortable he answered all my questions he made it possible for he to drive away with a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox LS I will be referring my family and friends and Co-worker who is looking to upgrade into a new vehicle to go to Mercede Chevrolet and ask for Andrew Martinez .

My Merced Chevrolet experience

It was hustle free and fun experience.Efren,who was the representative that helped us was very helpful and patient with us. It was a smooth deal overall.

Service did not meet my expectations smh..

I went to get my 2006 chevy Tahoe service here for a radiator fluid drain and refill and they did not meet my expectations . Picked up my tahoe there was coolant on top of the battery. The coolant reservoir was over filled by alot smh. My oil sensor guage was working when I brought the vehicle in. When I picked it up the oil pressure gauge was at 80 at idle. I don't know if they were doing something to my tahoe to bring it back and get more money out of me . I went to this dealership because of good reviews but reviews dont mean that you're going to get great service as well I learned today not to base company thru they're reviews. I will no longer bring my tahoe to this dealership. Even tho is so convenient for me being 7 min away from my house forget about it! I can't believe I spent $155 of my hard earn money to get a xxxxty job done to my tahoe! I very upset! Hope everyone that brings their car here gets better service than I did.

Jan F Thanks for your feedback. As Mark discussed with you, we fill the coolant reservoir above the line, so that when the system "burps" (air removed from system) the coolant level will drop down to the appropriate level. However, if you want we can remove some coolant from the reservoir. The service that was performed on your 2006 Tahoe is not associated with the oil pressure gauge.
