Worth the drive.
I came across Parkway GMC through a friend and I feel nothing but gratitude for that. Although I live in FORT WORTH (2 hours away) I wouldn't go to anyone else. Carson Long did a great job searching for the exact used car I wanted. He reassured me he would get me exactly that and as I waited patiently he remained in contact. I received a call the day he purchased my dream car and four days later I was driving it off the lot. Not only did Carson do a great job but so did Greg, the financial supervisor. They seamlessly worked together to make my experience wonderful and it was just that. Thank you!
Worth the drive.

Worst Experience. Beware of add-on's
Kept me for over 8 hours. Pressured to accept the added extended warranty and gap insurance without fully explaining the cost of it. Have tried for over 7 months to cancel them and get a refund. When you call they're never there. Give you the run-around in emails and have now stopped responding to them. Feels like a scam. Total waste of time. Go somewhere else.

I called on a vehicle I saw online and asked if the car was still available - they said sure, yet when we arrived 90 mins later after driving over 60 miles to see it, guess what? Somehow the salesperson I spoke with on the phone seemed unaware that the car had sold the day before - "these things happen" - but they had other cars they could show me. Big time bait and switch. I would not trust them.

Bad service
Beware GMC used car warranty!!! My car drove great till they rotated the tires then my car shimmied when driving over 60mph. When I took it back to the service department, I was told it would be $1400 to balance the tires!!! Also the warranty does not cover A/C’s.

I had started talking to David Bryson, about a red Acadia. He was very helpful along with Richard who wouldn't let me leave until I knew about all the bells and whistle my car had. I would do business with these 2 again. I live 2 hours away in southwest Ark. and have had a lot of people ask me where I got my car at. I would recommend them to anyone. Worth the drive

Awesome Service!
I have to say buying a car is one of my LEAST favorite things on this planet. My last experience getting my Mazda(which I loved) was flat awful. I went into Parkway with my guard very much up and ready for the typical run around and games. It couldn't have been a more different experience if they tried. John Powell was my Sales associate and he was outstanding from the beginning; extremely responsive, no pressure and very accommodating even when I had to change times on him last minute. John went out of his way to help me make sure everything was what it was supposed to be on my pre-owned vehicle and best test drive ever hands down! Paul Sisk the Manager/Director there is genuine, helpful and absolutely about the customer. There was no pressure, no unnecessary "haggling", just a straight-shooter. Jackie Williams handled the finance aspect and I don't think I've ever been in the finance seat for that short of a time on a car purchase in my life. He had everything absolutely correct the first time around, there were no moving numbers, no trying to sell me add-on's I wasn't interested in, just painless. I would HAPPILY drive the 90+ miles each way again for any future vehicle purchases just to ensure my experience was as wonderful as this one was. A huge thank you to the entire team for my new (to me) car!
