Easy and convenient to set up an appointment. The service manager was very detailed and well organized. My appointment was on-time and overall I had a great experience!

This is the place I would recommend people to maintain their car. They provide a nice place for kids to play and the whole process is fast and friendly.

This is my 2nd Mazda. I wasn't sure I wanted to stay with Mazda but after I met and talked with Dan Stelmach, I was convinced I was in the right place. I really enjoyed the experience. Dan was pleasant, patient, knowledgable and understanding of my needs and what I was looking for in a car. There was no smoke and mirrors. Nothing but upfront honesty. I bought a used car for my daughter and CJ Wilson Mazda was nothing but wonderful. They had the car for us and everyone was friendly, helpful and bent over backwards to get me into this car. Purchasing a new car has plenty of stereotypes... and many dealerships live up to them (the stereotypes exist for a reason). CJ Wilson Mazda is the exception. They are not pushy, insulting, orcondescending. I'm not a "car" person, but I am an intelligent human being and don't need to be talked down to when I'm looking at a car. I worked with Joe Hayes and he was great. Honest, friendly, respectful, and not at all pushy. My email exchanges prior to coming into the dealership were honored (not true at another Chicagoland Mazda dealership) and at no point did I feel pressured for something I didn't want. I highly recommend working with Joe/CJ Wilson Mazda for purchasing a new car.

Service department was very helpful and did the work in a timely manner. They serviced my car at my given appointment time and made sure all my questions were answered.

Experience went smooth from the phone call to make appt to picking up loaner to getting my car back. Oscar was efficient and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to make another appointment.

Every time I step in the door at cj Wilson Mazda of Orland park i am always greeted with a smile from great people. I have never had an issue in either sales or service. The service technicians are great guys that definitely know what they are doing. I would recommend them for any of your needs.

I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda6 iSport from CJ Wilson of Orland Park. Alex Torres was my sales rep and did a fantastic job of walking me through the process and getting me in my new car as quickly as possible. She has since then been extremely quick (within minutes) responding by email whenever I have a question about services or scheduling. Mike Mockaitis in finance got me a great rate on my loan and was very helpful in explaining what everything I was signing actually meant. Overall it was a very satisfying experience and I would absolutely recommend CJ Wilson to friends and family. tldr - Alex Torres, Mike Mockaitis, and the staff at CJ Wilson of Orland Park doing big things. 10/10 would purchase again
