Purchased a virtually new (64 miles) Porsche Targa.

Purchased a virtually new (64 miles) Porsche Targa. Joey and Addison were great to work with. They were both extremely helpful. The whole transaction went smoothly. Very personable and informative. We will definitely keep this dealership in mind for any future automobile investments.

xxxx This Crook.

One of my family members traded in a Mercedes for an SL and Joe did not transfer over the title for over a month, as a previous reviewer had the same issue with. The family member was on the hook for both cars and Joe ignored all calls and texts. He got the FBI and hired a lawyer. After Joe and his wife, Allyson knew my family member meant business, they transferred the title over quickly, but only due to force.

Cascio Motors

I purchased a vehicle over 2 months ago and there is still no word on Title / Registration. The owner of this establishment has stopped communicating with me and has really forced my hand at this point. We will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and seeking legal advice if we do not receive the service that we deserve. Owner and Third Party Title Company really need to be held accountable. I got a lemon.

Bought a car from them on eBay. The following was my experience. After spending the total of $15,126.75, I expected there to be no issues with this vehicle. The following is a quote from the ad that allowed me to have that expectation. "... Absolutely everything works on the car..." "Mechanically, this Audi is in perfect condition and runs and drives great." There were no issues during the test drive other than smoke coming out of the engine bay which was explained to me to be from the detailing that was done to clean it up. There were a couple of things that didn't work and when I asked about one of them (the carbon fiber ashtray in the front), the response was that maybe I needed to push it harder to get it to stay open. Truth is, it was broken. The driver side sun visor also was made to appear fine but upon first use, the visor would not operate. Turns out it was also broken. The window control-unit on the driver side has a sticky button that affects the rear passenger side window intermittently. The center console handle was rigged in place to look nice however was actually broken as well. All of the items listed above were not the reason for my negative feedback though. They are why I believe this was intentional. Upon starting the vehicle the 3rd day I had it, the engine started to noticeably shake the vehicle. I let it warm up and then it was fine until I went to drive it on the highway. The engine stopped producing power when I hit the gas, and then an "EPC" light came on. A few minutes later, this was followed by a Check Engine light. I had just purchased this vehicle and the terms were "As Is" so this was pretty alarming for me since I felt I was stuck with the car at this point. I took the car to a mechanic who was able to locate the issue. Both of the High Pressure Fuel Pumps in the engine had gone bad and needed to be replaced. This was quoted to me at a repair cost of $2,563.95. At this same time, it was also noted to me that there were several Check Engine codes that were in the system that had been cleared. The engine had a misfire code on two of the ten cylinders that was explained to me to have likely been due to carbon buildup that was probably never addressed, a common issue with these cars. Top it all off with the right headlight starting to fail, and I felt like I was duped into buying a lemon. All of my issues occurred exactly within the first week of having the vehicle, and since I have had it, I have been repairing what was sold to me as completely working and "mechanically perfect." I and my partner had reached out to the dealer requesting the service records that the car was advertised to include. This was on August 27th. We were told we would receive these via e-mail, as none were included with the vehicle when it was purchased. We reached out a week later checking in on this and was told some system was being changed and that they would be given to us. It is September 16th now, and we have not received these. I wanted them in order to save myself some money as Audi would likely want to replace those before addressing the carbon issue and I don't want to go down a rabbit hole trying to get the vehicle to work. Two more attempts were made to contact the seller and our calls went straight to voicemail as if our number had been blocked. I felt like I had given this enough time and patience since its purchase. I had waited long enough. I didn't want to miss my window to leave honest feedback on my experience with the seller and buying this vehicle. I have all the pictures and documents to back up my claims as far as the quote, the lights on the vehicle, etc. At this point, I have already paid to start the repair process on the car. I have replaced several parts inside the vehicle as well already. I intend to keep this car but I want the experience I had to be made visible to other buyers. My vehicle was one of the cheapest on the seller's lot too.

BEWARE

BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE, BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER! We came in looking at a vehicle ready to purchase, filled applications and dragged us through days just for Joey to tell us we weren't approved. We found this extremely odd and told him we would secure financing through our personal bank, which was immediately approved same day. He asked us that same day if we would still be purchasing the vehicle, which we replied yes and was waiting for the bank. He then sold the car to someone else that same day, when we asked him if that's really how he does business, he could not give me a solid answer. PLEASE DO NOT waste your time and let him file tons of hard inquiries on your credit just to be given the run around and treated like trash when someone else comes walking through the door.

Best car buying experience ever

Joey and Addison: I want to thank both of you for making my recent purchase my best experience of buying a car ever! From our first meeting to the final contract, everything you did demonstrated that you conduct business in a professional manner. You did everything you could to show that the transaction should be a win-win for both parties. There never was pressure shown and you were sincere in wanting me to make a purchase only if I felt it was a good decision for me. The actual purchase discussion between us lasted less than 15 minutes. That was a new experience for me. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable of required paperwork and you took care of everything. Not only did I get the automobile I wanted, but I left knowing that while you wanted to sell me a car, you demonstrated through your actions, that you wanted to create a partnership that would result in future business between us. I know this is how you build customers for life. You can add me to your list. Thank you very much. Lee Havener-Goodyear, Arizona

We found the one.

After many hour searching the internet for the right vehicle to fit our needs, we finally found the one listed at Casio Motors. From my first phone contact with Joey Casio (who by the way is over 900+ miles from my location in Florida) thur the paperwork and delivery of our vehicle was seamless. Joey made the entire vehicle buying process very pleasant. When our GMC Yukon XL arrived we were very excited and pleased to see it was exactly as the pictures on the Casio Motors web site as this was the first time we actually got to touch it. Thank you Joey and staff, next time we are in the market we will start at Casio Motors!
