Carlos was very attentive and listened to what we said we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we weren't interested in. When we told him the few small things that we noticed were wrong with the vehicle, he did his best to get them taken care of. Although not everything was able to be taken care of, I would still rate the overall experience as a good one.

The sales guys are very friendly. They helped me get into a new car that i love... Great place to get your car or truck.

My wife and I met with Trey on a Friday afternoon and told him exactly what we were looking for in a new used vehicle. We were pretty picky about what we were trying to find. Trey found us not one, but two vehicles within just a couple days and helped us through the entire process as professional and friendly as one could be. Every employee we dealt with through the process was the same way. We were in our new vehicle in just one weeks time. Will be shopping for our next car here without question!

My Pollite was very courteous, knowledgeable and prompt during the process of this purchase. We found him to be gregarious, respectful and also assisted us with all the questions we had regarding the vehicle that was being purchased. And regarding his assistant Aaron found him to be extremely helpful and all avenues of this purchase.

Hayes motor company has truly been so good to us over the last 5 1/2 years. I am so glad that we found such a wonderful deal on a new SUV that suits all of our needs. It was such a sudden discussion on getting a new vehicle with them. They made everything from application to picking out what We wanted completely easy and had everything completed within couple hours. I am overall very impressed and have never been let down by them.

I pulled up to dealership with the intent of just looking at vehicles. I saw the dodge which I really liked. I was met by Bee who asked if we wanted to take a look. He was really nice and was not the typical pushy car salesman. He was really nice and layed back. Which I really liked. We went on a test drive and decided we wanted to talk about buying the vehicle. Bee was really fast and efficient in this process. He was also talkative which made us feel welcome. We were cracking jokes and just having a good time. You could tell Bee cared for what we had in mind, and he made it happen. Great experience! Will be back next time I am in the market for a vehicle!
