101 auto what a bunch of liars brought a car flew from Wisconsin ask these guys was anything wrong bob and the salesman you know who you are lied and said nothing was wrong spent over 2000 dollars the struts were bad didn’t try to make it wright either I never seen people who put there money in front of customer satisfaction you people are the lowest of the lowest you are pitiful I ask so what if the buyer has the car ship and something is wrong with it well as is that’s what they told me please don’t buy from here there are other dealerships who will make it rio if something is wrong with the vehicle

A most professional, no-pressure, corteous business. Totally the opposite of your run-of-the-mill, sleazy, high pressure sales. There was an unexpected issue with my purchase that was resolved satisfactorily by a technician that came to my place. My car came with a 15-day engine/transmission guarantee. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership I flew from out of town I ask the salesman was anything wrong with the vehicle he assured me there was not I arrived the car had bad struts he lied I they would not compensate me for there mistake I aml paying to get the vehicle fix out of pocket myself do not have a vehicle ship they will lie about the condition you will be stuck will a bill they put profits over customer satisfaction

Wow, cannot say enough good things about Scott, the owner and the gentleman who helped me purchase my car. Scott is a no xx, straight shooter kind of guy and won't pull any kind of dealer trickery on you. He is communicative and willing to go the extra mile (he even offered to deliver me the car). Not only do I absolutely love my car and couldn't find as good of a quality one (or deal really) anywhere else, but I also got a check engine light within the first week of ownership, and Scott took care of it for me entirely for free. Was looking for a used car for my mother. Scott was very patient, knowledgeable, and exceeded our expectations. We ended up buying a 2014 Kia Soul that my mother fell in love with. This dealership knows how to treat their customers and the entire staff works as a team to make the buying process a fun experience.

A car is an investment and at 101 Auto we felt like Scott and Echo saw us as we were, a family in need of something reliable. They took time to make sure we were comfortable and we felt like they actually saw us as people. I love that they only sold vehicles that had one previous owner. They are open and honest, characteristics my husband and I hold dear. We had one little hiccup but they took care of that quickly.
