Great Expeirance on our purchase from Out of State

Searched nation wide and found the best deal here at Buick GMC of Beaverton. Bought a 2017 GMC Sierra SLT Crewcab. This dealership had a great Promo going with $14,000 off MSRP. I made contact with Sales Agent Tom Pollock who was outstanding and had everything worked out and ready to go when my wife and I flew in from Colorado to drive the truck back. Tom was very friendly and thorough on educating us on the features of the truck then got us in to financing to complete the paper work which was a breeze. We were out and on the road back to Colorado in just a few hours. The truck runs and rides amazing and made our road trip of 1358 miles and enjoyable one that we will always remember. I have already passed the word around about the great deal and service that was provided by Beaverton GMC. Thank-you again Tom for making this such a great experience you are the best sir! Very Good..

Service Rep. Josiah Pomeroy was able to diagnosis my problem with out me having to make a return appointment. I have been a customer of Buick of Beaverton close to 20 years and have always been a Happy Customer with their service..

Leasing Experience

I have visited Buick GMC of Beaverton on many occasions, both for purchasing and leasing my cars. This last visit was for another three year lease. My experience with the sales staff, finance manager and also the service department has been exceptional. Really would not consider any other dealership.

Above and beyond the call of duty

Found out that there may be a parts delay. Needed the truck back by 10:30 the following morning to depart on a weekend excursion. Service made sure that they sourced a part locally and had the truck available by 10:30 the following morning. Exceeded my expectations.

New car additions

We had headed seats and sealant added to our new Buick. They had it done in the 24 hours promised and loaned us an comparable car for the day.

2018 GMC Canyon

We wanted a new truck to replace the one we bought from Braley and Graham in 1998. We were fortunate to work with Tommy Wilson. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful when we picked it up. If you are going to shop here, I suggest that you ask for him!

30,000 mile tune up

The procedure was made easy for me. I took the car in early and was given a loaner car to drive back home. My car was ready by 5:00 and I took the loaner car back, trading it for mine.
