Terrible buying experience
Kyler was initially responsive and helpful over the phone. I drove 5 hours to see the car. The buying experience was OK, but then things went downhill. After I picked up the car I discovered items they had missed or lied about on the inspection (cruise control broken, but they marked it as inspected), and they did an absolutely terrible job "detailing" the car. Crushed cookies, melted candy, and misc trash under the seats an in the ash trays (anywhere not immediately noticeable). They promised to order and send me a manual and now 4 months later I don't have a manual and they ignore my emails and phone calls. Would NEVER deal with again.

Vehicles were misrepresented as to condition and mileage.
As we reside 4 hours away, we conducted many telephone conversations regarding the condition of and mileage on, the vehicle in which we were interested. We were told the vehicle had no damage and was new in appearance, and that the mileage shown in the online listing was correct. After making the 4 hour drive and arriving at the dealership, we found the condition of the vehicle different than represented. There were deep gouges in the dash and a deep cut in the carpet in the cargo compartment. Mileage on the vehicle was 3000 miles higher than we were told. In the end, we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle in spite of these discrepancies. Then, we were told there was only one key for the vehicle. The last straw was that it still took 3 hours to make a CASH purchase, part of which involved the typical pushing of extended warranty. Though we feel we did okay on this purchase, we felt there was a bit of bait and switch going on.

Great experience!
Sales people were great. Robert was patient enough to show me around and grap cars for me to see. Larry mentioned an additional discount which was very much appreciated. He walked me through the lease process and did a good job too.

Closed during the middle of the day?!
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had walking into a dealership! My husband and I had planned on getting our new Yukon today and being that this dealership was closest to where we live we went there. When we arrived no one greeted us, there were no sales people to be found and after wandering around the lot for 10 minutes we went in to find someone. We found a group of sales people all sitting in what looked like a holiday party and one reluctantly asked what we needed. I told him we were there to buy a car but he said they were closed. I hadn't seen anything on the website saying they were going to be closed and I asked when they would be finished but he said they were done for the day. It's 3 in the afternoon! And no warning that they would be closed on the website! We sat in traffic and found babysitting for our kids in order to come to do car shopping! I was shocked that they had no interest in selling a car as we had cash WITH US, ready to buy! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car or be treated as a customer!

New Truck Purchase
Great experience. The price is what it is and Chris did everything he could to get me all incentives available to reduce my purchase price. I chose to drive an hour rather than go to my home town dealer because they were not able to compete with the pricing that Chris was able to achieve.

Not good
After much research I decided I found the car I wanted to buy. I went to the dealership on Saturday. Not much going on at the dealership at that time and a salesman offered to help right away, which was good. I showed him the car I wanted he said he knew where it was and asked me to follow him, did not find the car. He looked in the computer and said the car was on the lot and he left to find it, still no car. Then he said all the keys were locked up and he could not get to them. On a Saturday?? After 30 minutes car was not found he took my number but never called me back

Very odd problem
I just purchased a new Acadia and had but 300 miles on it and was out with my wife last Tuesday night when it was very windy and rainy. At about 9 PM near the old Stroheckers I didn't see a large branch in the road and ran over it. It got caught up in the rear undercarriage sticking out over the driver side rear wheel all the way across to the passenger side rear wheel. I could not dislodge it myself, made it home and checked it out the next morning. I sawed about 3 feet off but still could not dislodge it. I called the Dealer and they got me in immediately. Within 15 minutes they were done and charged me nothing for the work. Needless to say, I was very appreciative (and lucky that no permanent damage had been incurred). Hence my five star rating.

Got there early. Got out of there early nice to have coffee and cookies available nice that you now have. Fresh popcorn that is a big plus decaf coffee is also great

Sales Rep
I have been looking for a clean, one owner, non smoker, low mileage used car. My son-in-law has been working with Roger Decker and found this very nice Chev Equinox (and red) for me to test drive.
