We had an amazing experience at Fisher Imports! We bought our son’s first car, and our salesman, MJ, made the whole process absolutely wonderful and smooth. He went above and beyond—taking the time to show our son around the showroom and even letting him sit in one of his favorite cars. When we picked up the car, the keys came with a Fisher Imports keychain, and our son said he wants to keep it forever because he’ll never forget the unexpected experience he had there. We didn’t purchase the most expensive car on the lot, but we were treated like we did! We even drove in from out of state, and when we arrived, the car was cleaned up and sitting out front ready to go—a small touch that meant so much. Thank you MJ for making our son’s first car purchase so unforgettable!

My purchasing experience was ok with this dealership. My recent issues have been with trying to get my service contract extended and refinance my vehicle. I reached out to this dealer multiple times within a 3 week span to try and get my vehicle service contract extended and it refinanced. Nobody from this dealer called me back to even address that I called or that they even received my messages. Now I sold the vehicle and I am waiting for someone to contact me about getting a refund on my service contract. I hope they make this right sooner than later.

Owen took care of me at Fishers Imports. The gm and another salesmen were also VERY helpful in showing me how to work the technology of the car and telling me how they pulled some strings to make things happen for me. Owen was SO amazing and friendly and positive and I will now forever be a customer and hope Owen is there the next time I return. I am so thankful I went there and chose them.

Buying long distance was a bit scary to me, but Jenn walked me through every step of the way to help me feel confident and secure about my decision. When asking any question she would respond almost immediately. Answers were always explained well. From beginning to end the whole transaction was incredibly professional and all in a very timely manner. The car arrived in absolute pristine condition. It’s a dream. Wow! How proud I am! When I started looking for a QX80, I knew exactly what I wanted. When I saw "The One" at Fishers Imports, I questioned driving so far for a vehicle. It turned out to be the best decision ever! We had a timeline of when we could drive up. Financing worked over the phone with my husband and I to get everything squared away before we even got there. Christian went above and beyond to detail my Infiniti to perfection! Joshua was such a fantastic salesman to work with. Their GM was the coolest and beyond hospitable. Owen took over in the end to get us signed, out the door, and on our way home in less than an hour! I got the Infiniti I wanted at a price I was extremely happy about, and the service we received far exceeded my expectations!

I was in the market for an Audi A7, and happened across one at Fishers Imports. After a number of conversations with Owen (my sales associate) I decided it was worth getting a one way flight to Indianapolis (from Michigan) to go buy the car. The positive was that the car was cosmetically as represented, however that’s where is all ended. I took the car for a short test drive, and noticed some creeping in the front suspension. I pulled into the local high school to turn around and that’s when I heard loud clunking in the suspension as you go over larger bumps. This is common in Audi with their front control arms, I’ve paid to have this fixed in the past and it’s not a quick 200-400 job. Long story short I found this flaw within about 10 minutes of driving, it was very obvious, I have it on video too. I shared this with the sales manager and Owen, and to my surprise, I was basically told too bad. I told them I’d be willing to buy the car, just discount the price of having the control arms addressed; that’s when I was told by the manager “we are not that kind of dealer”. So I walked (well flew home). So Fishers isn’t the type of dealer to work on price for an obvious flaw, but they are the type to lie to you to get you in the showroom. I would avoid them like the plague, as they wasted my time, and money and are obvious liars.
