Love the black Q8 I purchased from Fishers Imports. This is my fourth or fifth purchase from this dealership between my wife and I, and we always come back because they work with multiple lenders to get competitive rates, they've always offered a fair valuation on our trade-ins, and their service department is easy to work with.

Working with Fishers Imports was as simple and as transparent as car-buying can be. I purchased my Lexus IS-F from them, condition is phenomenal. I traded my Mercedes S 2019 4BMW 2020 and in the first week I have to take it back to the Dealer to fix a sensor problem on the driver side front and this is when I knew that the car had an accident I wanted to give it back and get another Mercedes and I paid $55,000 and when I wanted to treat for another car, they give me a value $20,000 less It is a rip off Dealer and dishonest and describing the car and they give me a promise to have the first service free and after we finish the deal, they denied

Don't waste your time at dealership if you have trade they will give it to you 70% less than anywhere else otherwise it's not working for you at this place

I am extremely disheartened with this Fishers Imports. I bought a car and drove it for a few days before the water pump went out. The warranty company sent a live inspector to the mechanic shop and denied the claim because Fishers Imports had signed off (with the same warranty company) stating that they put a new water pump in ONE month prior. Both the live inspector and mechanic verified this was the original water pump. Then, after taking it out, found multiple other problems!! Fishers Imports stated that they don't have any reason to open the hood before selling as long as they change the oil if needed. WHAT?????????? The battery was bad as well as FOUR other things. Fishers Import stated they are "not a bank" when the mechanic called to let them know of the other issues. After I discussed the situation with an attorney, they decided to "agree" to pay for these issues and that was it... and would reimburse me for my 1 week car rental (I was without a vehicle for 3+ weeks). When my brother of myself asks about the reimbursement money, they stated it went out Dec 13. It is now Jan 6th and I still haven't received that reimbursement. Four hundred dollars may not be much to them, but it is a lot to me... a widow and public school teacher. They have stopped responding now about the reimbursement. I cannot believe this.
