The dealership, both the main and internet buildings, were clean, organized and the employees were all friendly. Marc showed us many vehicles. We started off with a model in mind, but went with a larger hybrid model in the end. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions including the wait time based on the options, color, etc. that we wanted. We are very happy with our Highlander Hybrid. Marc made the process smooth and timely. Would definitely buy from Marc and David Wilson Toyota again.

I made a reservation on line and my name wasn't on the list. My car was serviced anyway but waited 3+ hours for an oil change, tires rotation and new wipers. EG Parahm was great. I may look for a reputable mechanic next time...
