Not sure why dealership is still doing all the add on in

Not sure why dealership is still doing all the add on in this kind of market not good business if my son wasn’t so happy with the truck I would have walked away. Also the salesperson was supposed to get back with me about a second key which he did not. This dealer could do way better if they stop all the add on’s to the price. 2k over negotiated price is a bit much

Really disappointed with their sales tactics & how they

Really disappointed with their sales tactics & how they quoted me one interest rate and 2-3 days later changed the whole agreement. Then they start being sarcastic after you turn down the warranty and gap insurance. I never thought that such a big dealership would have such treatment.

Post-sale service is horrible, overall it was a bad

Post-sale service is horrible, overall it was a bad shopping experience, worst part is the the rude financial guy on the first meeting, sales person is ok, but once the deal is done, they don’t treat you nicely.
