This was the best experience I had buying a car in Las Vegas. They were willing to work with me and understood what I needed. Ismael was my dealer and his supervisor (cant remembers his name) made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.

One star cuz 1 is not possible. They lie to your face and add thousands in charges. We bought a 2023 Camry and signed the contract. They called us to come back cuz a different bank approved us with a better deal and when we came back the total price was 4k over the original contract. When we asked the manager gave us an explanation that was nonsense about the dealership paying that to the bank to help us. After comparing both contracts, they have added an alarm alarm and a warranty that we didn’t ask for. After asking multiple times, they kept lying until we went back with both contracts and show them.

I was initially promised a vehicle in 2 weeks. It took almost 7 to deliver. During this time period, the only updates i could get was asking for one. Most promises and deals are hand written on paper which then mysteriously disappears. I was offered 5.59 apr, which ended up being 6.75... payment was as promised so far. I was also promised, due to the delay of the vehicle, that my windows would be tinted. This was agreed to but they failed to mention that the rear windows came tinted from the factory. They then stated they could not make the front windows darker due to laws... Which i know are false because the last car i got from them, also new, had front windows tinted. Overall... Avoid this dealer. The only reason i came back was to get rid if my original lease with them.
