Ripped Off

On June 15,2022 i bought a 2014 Ford Focus . On the way home the transmission was slipping and the front windshield cracked in three places.. I had bought a warrenty. I called Sonora Ford to have the car repaired. Sonora Ford informed me it would cost $ 4000.00 to repair. I am on Social Security. I can't pay. Warrent wouldn't cover went to Bee Back Ford. Tom Goff could care less. I left the car with him to repair..He called and said he would fix it. Called me the next day and said it wasn't the clutch just a $28.00 part. When i picked it up Tom said he drove it almost to Modesto and it was ok. On the way home the transmission was still slipping. He said i could take it to Modesto for repair. The car will not make it to Modesto. Before i bought the car ,i told him i needed a car that would get me to Modesto to my kidney doctor. He assured me the car wopuld take me any where i wanted to go. I put in a complaint to the Attorney General but all they did was sent d him the information i gave them.Lemon Lawdoesn't apply. The car is to old. So here iset with no car and $10,000.00 in debt!

bought two cars here

I bought two cars here it was a great experience would completely tell others to buy here first, everyone here are friendly and as a customer i didnt feel like i was being pushed into a car i didnt like.

Great service

A couple day days ago I went to bee back in Sonora to buy a Honda Pilot . The car was very clean and ran beautifully. I purchased the car very fast and left to go eat at Taco Bell. Apon leaving Taco Bell my car wouldn't start. I was beyond devastated. Ofcourse the office was closed already. I panicked not knowing what to do . Was I supposed to leave my new car at Taco Bell in Sonora and drive all the way home to arnold ? I was petrified. I then thought I need to get ahold of the insurance agent I spoke to because I did not have toms cell number but I did the agent . I called her answer explained the situation as I was crying . Lol. She immediately got a hold of Tom for me and he called me within a couple minutes saying the mechanic was on his way . The battery had been replaced 7 years ago and due to the extreme temps it caused it to die. The mechanic promptly met me at Taco Bell, jumped my car and said it was the battery for sure . He sent me over to auto zone where they replaced my battery for free. The customer service was amazing and am thankful for their help and I am absolutely in love with my new car!

Great Car, Service, Support. Great place to buy

I bought a Toyota 4Runner From Bee Back Motors about a month ago and I must say I feel great about this Purchase. First I went on the Beeback Motors website and found it very useful with the inventory right there and a carfax report attached with Each car on their lot. I went with a list of cars I wanted to test drive and an idea of what they had. I arrived at Beeback in sonora and the Tom took me on several Test drives to find the right Car for me. He answered my questions. Every Car I test Drove was clean and ran good. I went to their Jamestown location and met with Chris. Again went on a test drive and I found the vehicle I wanted. Chris was helpful and no sales pressure. When the Sales process started again Chris and Tom were great, no pressure, answered my questions and made it as easy as they could. They are putting New tires on my car next week. About a week ago I didn't like how a part (the lock) was working and took the car in. Even though I had bought the Car AS IS BeeBack has been working with me to get it fixed. I feel like they are there for me if I need them. I have been very Happy with my purchase and with Beeback. Great Car, Great Service, Great Support after the Sale, Great Place to buy a vehicle.

Very Happy Buyer!

I am so happy with my BMW I got from Tom at Bee Back Motors in Sonora California. Although, there was an issue with the vehicle, Tom did not leave us hanging and made necessary repairs. We were treated with kindness and respect. I will come back to BEE Back Motors in the future! Thanks Tom! Bernadette F.

Get everything they say in writing!!!!

Some follow up repairs were not done as promised. Bee Back made excuses until warranty period expired and then left me high and dry. Danny V.
