I purchased a 2011 Audi Q5 from these guys in Jan 2016. I was hit with a $2700 repair cost in Au6 2016, car needed new breaks, tires, control arm, etc. I had only put six thousand or so miles on the car. I called the dealership because theses guys told me to call if I had any problem with the car and even encouraged me to bring to them for service. I spoke with Gus cause the guy I bought the car from no longer worked there. First Gus told me it has been 8-9 months and then he told me I did not buy a warranty. When I argued that they sell luxury cars and owners have a reasonable expectation that nothing will go wrong so soon after they have purchased, he asked me if I was recording our call. I called the next day after I put the car in the shop and paid to find out the details of what was wrong, Gus told me my mechanic was overcharging and to pull it out and bring the car to him. I was on such a high when I bought the car, it was everything I was looking for. Now I pray nothing else goes wrong with the car. I still recommend these guys. They have nice cars and prices are reasonable. I don't think Gus was my salesman when I purchased. He is however the salesman who would not listen to my concerns and made me feel like I did not have the support of High Line...I thought to let it go, put it in the past but I thought I would write a review cause the guys I bought the car from were pretty cool guys, I just don't know what happened with this salesman.

I found out a great Porsche Macan S listed by Highland Auto and I sent email to ask about availability of the car. Alex reached me very quick and he is super smart and helpful. He gave me a very good trade in value for my car and we made a deal in less than an hour. Alex also secured the car for me even though many other buyers walked in and tried to buy the car. Allen reached me and gave me a very detailed description about the paperwork, the transferrable protection package, existing warranty and so on. Allen speak very clearly and carefully and he tried to make sure I understand every detail. I'm very thankful for Alex and Allen's help and service.
