I was very impressed with their openness and friendliness. Everyone I spoke with was kind and accommodating. This felt like a place where they behaved how people “used to do business”. If you want all the benefits of working with a family owned business, this is the dealership for you. Full disclosure, I did not buy the vehicle I looked at. Only because we couldn’t find the right price. Otherwise, I would have certainly felt confident making a purchase with Hugasian.

Very friendly and seemed quite honest. Kinda wished there could of been a little wiggle room on the price, but overall happy so far.

Everybody was very friendly! I drove 45 minutes to come to this dealer because it was the only one within 50 miles that has exactly what I was looking for. I spent quite a bit of time at the dealer but that was because it was a Saturday morning and banks were working very slowly. They did whatever they could to make sure I went home with the car I came to look at! They even hand washed it for me before everything was finalized! Great service, would recommend!

This place is great. We came from out of the area and they were extremely helpful. They were more than willing to let us get the car checked out before buying and were not pushy whatsoever. Upon picking up the car, we got to meet everyone there and they were super nice! I will definitely consider them on future vehicle purchases. Also, they sent us a thank you letter and some coupons for oil changes!

I cannot say enough positive things about the people at Hugasian Motors. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgable and hard working. They are not pushy and work for YOU. They make sure you come first and get you in the car you want to be in. Their selection of used cars are all well kept and in excellent condition. Their prices are right on. I was a little bit of a high maintenance customer. Credit not so great. John worked with countless lenders to get me approved, tweaking things often just the right way until he got a YES. Bob and Jack are excellent, friendly and trustworthy salesmen. Dealerships can be scary, you go in not knowing if you are going to be taken advantage of, especially being a female. But this is not at all the case here. I trust the people here 100%, and will do business with them for all my future car purchases as well as tell everyone I know about the great people at Hugasian Motors.
