A big shout out to Jared Woods who assisted me in the

A big shout out to Jared Woods who assisted me in the purchase of my new CX-90. He is very knowledgeable of every aspect of the SUV as well as extremely patient and thorough while explaining all the features of this vehicle. Jared kept in touch with updates while we awaited the arrival of my custom ordered vehicle. I ordered the Quartz body color with white interior. It is beautiful!!

A big shout out to Jared Woods who assisted me in the purchase of my new CX-90. EXCELLENT experience with this team for this car

EXCELLENT experience with this team for this car purchase! Syntreka was such a pleasure to deal with! Personable, genuine and took the stress out of the typical negotiation process. She was knowledgeable and had the right balance sales influence, yet never pushy. Love my new CX70 and very happy with my decision! We also want to thank the GM, Claus for his professionalism and willingness to work with us until we could reach a mutual agreement. THANK YOU AGAIN!

My wife and I bought a used 2022 Ford Bronco Sport at

My wife and I bought a used 2022 Ford Bronco Sport at John Lee Mazda, and the experience was better than we've had with some dealerships. But it was not as good as with some others. Our salesman, Devon Cross, was helpful and courteous. The Bronco Sport had just come in to the dealership when it popped up on the website, and Devon hustled to have it ready for us to see the next day. He also worked to get a deal that was right for us with a fair allowance for our trade-in. The reason for our three-star rating, rather than five, is the follow-up after we signed all the paperwork. Everything went through what the dealership calls its remote department, which apparently is outsourced. The closing was done remotely by cell phone and video, and we were told that our copies of the paperwork would come by email. But the email never came. We had to go to the dealership a week later and get a printed copy of the sales contract, which at least confirmed the purchase price. Then there was a further delay in sending information to the credit union where we had prearranged a loan. A credit union representative had to call three weeks later and ask for the information, reminding the dealership that it needed to be paid. She got a promise that the remote department would send the information, and it showed up that same day. But in the meantime, we had been driving the car for almost a month without knowing the exact monthly payment and when the first payment was due. As the credit union representative noted, we also were driving interest-free with the credit union's delayed loan. Overall, the purchase was positive, and we were glad to make a deal on the Bronco Sport we liked so well, and to buy it so quickly with Devon's help. The remote follow-up was not so positive, though we realize this probably is how business is often done these days.

Devon Cross was graciously helpful in our purchase of a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport at John Lee Mazda. It had just come in when it popped up on the website, and Devon hustled to make sure it was ready for us to see and drive the next day. With Devon’s help, we made a deal that was right for us, including a fair value for our trade-in. We didn’t experience the back-and-forth and game-playing we’ve endured at other dealerships. The only unexpected things were the outsourced confirmation of our information by cell phone and the “virtual” face-to-face closing done on-screen. This was new to us but probably is common these days. There was one small glitch: we never received copies of all the sale documents by email as promised. So we had to go by the dealership a week later to get a printed copy of the loan contract, which confirmed the information we needed most. A few days later, we received a Fed Ex delivery of the Bronco’s registration, which the dealership had arranged through the DMV. Our overall experience was good, and we would recommend John Lee Mazda for anyone who is car-shopping. We are enjoying the Bronco Sport and are finding reasons every day to drive it.

Big shout out to my boy Ben for helping me get exactly

Big shout out to my boy Ben for helping me get exactly what I wanted! More than just a salesmen, great all around guy that was just down to hear and made the whole process seem effortless. Also, big thanks to Ben's wife for her home made cookies and snacks. For those interested in the CX-70, I went with the Preium Plus Inline-6 Turbo and she is a dream car. I get nothing but compliments when riding around and most people are suprised it is a Mazda, lol! Compaired to like models, Mercedes or BWM, I feel that it is more than comperatable and even better in many ways; especially the price. Furthermore, I even test drove the Tesla Model Y, and while loaded with tech and fast, the quality was lacking in many areas and just a headache to charge and have that fear of running out of juice. The fit and finish of the Mazda is just is just top notch. The ride is smooth and responsive. Still plenty of tech but just simple and not overbearing. By the way, you can't beat the "Life Time" power train warranty the Lee Mazda Dealership has for free! Anyway, check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

The John Lee Mazda dealer is top notch.

The John Lee Mazda dealer is top notch. I want to give a shout out to Preston my sales person. I am an older single lady who does not have a lot of knowledge of technology. Preston was so very helpful. He has A very pleasant personality, and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He was very accommodating. Every time I went to the dealer he would be outside walking towards my car. He is very knowledgeable about the Mazdas brand and is happy to share all of his knowledge in a respectable way. It was. A pleasure working with Preston and the whole team. They really worked well together from the service man Jeff to the office supervisor and also Derek in the financial. Thanks to you all I have a different more positive view of car dealerships, especially John Lee Mazda. They treat you like someone very special.!
