We visited John Lee Mazda on August 26th to inquire about the popular CX-5. We had the good fortune to be met at the door by Benjamin McCullough. Benjamin answered our many questions, let us explore the vehicle and offered us a test drive if we wanted. We appreciated his professionalism and “no pressure” approach with our interest. We purchased a CX-5 largely due to Benjamin’s knowledge and concern for our overall satisfaction in the car. He made the purchasing process very simple and helped us maneuver through the infotainment capabilities of the CX-5. We’ve purchased several cars over the years from various dealers across the country and this purchase was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had largely due to Benjamin McCullough. This is a very dishonest place for servicing your car.
This is a very dishonest place for servicing your car. My wife's 370z is a cream puff with only 30,000 miles and it is her baby. They stripped out the oil plug, and fixed it by putting blue thread seal and they also broke the plastic underbody, right below the drivers side door. I had them leave it on the lift so I could see what they did, and Mike, the Service Director, said I had no proof that they did the damage. I reported all of this to the General Manager, Erasmo, and he never called me back. What a poorly run company. As a business owner in Panama City, I will absolutely tell all of my customers about this experience, and how poorly I was treated. I understand when people make mistakes, but just fix it and move on. In the end, especially if other customers are treated so bad, this will catch up to them. My wife was also ready to purchase a new Z, next month, but IT WILL NOT BE FROM JOHN LEE!!! Also, all of my company vehicles that I bring in for service, that ended as of the date of this review! Spent $20,000 with you over the last 2 years! Good job Erasmo, way to grow your business!

My wife and I bought a used 2022 Ford Bronco Sport at
My wife and I bought a used 2022 Ford Bronco Sport at John Lee Mazda, and the experience was better than we've had with some dealerships. But it was not as good as with some others. Our salesman, Devon Cross, was helpful and courteous. The Bronco Sport had just come in to the dealership when it popped up on the website, and Devon hustled to have it ready for us to see the next day. He also worked to get a deal that was right for us with a fair allowance for our trade-in. The reason for our three-star rating, rather than five, is the follow-up after we signed all the paperwork. Everything went through what the dealership calls its remote department, which apparently is outsourced. The closing was done remotely by cell phone and video, and we were told that our copies of the paperwork would come by email. But the email never came. We had to go to the dealership a week later and get a printed copy of the sales contract, which at least confirmed the purchase price. Then there was a further delay in sending information to the credit union where we had prearranged a loan. A credit union representative had to call three weeks later and ask for the information, reminding the dealership that it needed to be paid. She got a promise that the remote department would send the information, and it showed up that same day. But in the meantime, we had been driving the car for almost a month without knowing the exact monthly payment and when the first payment was due. As the credit union representative noted, we also were driving interest-free with the credit union's delayed loan. Overall, the purchase was positive, and we were glad to make a deal on the Bronco Sport we liked so well, and to buy it so quickly with Devon's help. The remote follow-up was not so positive, though we realize this probably is how business is often done these days.

Our overall experience was good, and we would recommend John Lee Mazda for anyone who is car-shopping. We are enjoying the Bronco Sport and are finding reasons every day to drive it.
