I drove off the lot unhappy on Wednesday Dec 3. I was unhappy that the car was not washed, vacuumed and did not have at least a quarter tank. I was expecting Hertz hospitality to be a little better. Other than that Carlos- my sales rep did a fantastic job with the whole process. He is a keeper and exceeds the job standards.

I was helped out with my used car purchase really fast from the Team at Hertz. There was no pressure to buy a car, and wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for.
