I found this place on google after searching for a new

I found this place on google after searching for a new car for me to buy. Fortunately, the last car I bought for $17,300 was totaled (minor fender bender but airbags went off) and valued at $19,200 by insurance, meaning I had a good chunk towards a different car. I emailed Jasin about this 2016 X5 50i since it caught my eye with all of the packages and features it has and I got a reply within 25 minutes of doing so. The process was made very simple and to the point which I appreciate. When I get to Skokie he had everything already signed on his end so all I had to do was sign my parts, and after the test drive and some small talk about the car, I bought it and was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes. The car is extremely clean and inside and out and there is zero issues with it. If anyone is looking to get a car without all of the hassle I highly recommend iCars Chicago. I’m very happy with my purchase

Great experience.

Great experience. I've been looking for an X5 with a particular set of options and finally found one at iCars' showroom. From first contact to the car arriving was exactly one week and the process was so easy that I've joked that it felt like I was doordashing a car. The car itself is perfect; exactly as described. For having 55,000 miles it looks, feels, and even smells like a new car. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Jasin!

I cannot in good conscious recommed iCars.

I cannot in good conscious recommed iCars. They cannot be trusted to be fully transparent. If you don't find the problem then it doesn't exist. I purchased a 2014 BMW Z4 (VIN WBALM7C51EE385898) in late April 2025. While the car was purchased sight unseen, I have had successful experiences with online car purchases with Carvana and had positive anecdotal experience with Cars.com. The iCars Chicago website was reassuring although online reviews were both positive and negative. I am 59 years old and have been buying and selling cars since I was 16 years old. This experience was by far my most disappointing buying experience. I would like the opportunity to outline my rationale. The buying process was smooth, and Mr. Sulemani was responsive and easy to communicate with and I appreciate his efforts to get the car delivered promptly. My experience deteriorated from there. -Upon delivery on inspection of the trunk the battery was out of place and the trunk floor panel removed. See Photo -Also, the third brake light red cover was sitting in the trunk and there was an O-ring sitting in the fuel filler neck and the gas cap did not fit properly. See photos below. -The vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke and the cigarette lighter had obviously been frequently used, which required detailing to address. I called Mr Sulamani. He did not have an explanation, telling me that he is "a salesman and not a mechanic." He denied knowing if the car had been smoked in although it was obvious. It defies logic that these issues could be overlooked. He agreed to send a new gas cap and replacement 3rd brake light, but only if I first sent an email saying I was completely satisfied. I felt I was being held hostage which is also completely unfair. The gas cap he sent was cheap and not up to BMW standards and had to be replaced anyway. The 3rd brake light was the wrong color. I did not call Mr. Sulejmani back regarding this, as he is smart enough to know the color of the car he just sold, so I believed he did not care at this point. I decided to take care of these issues with the BMW dealer and accept that I was not treated honestly or fairly. However, in the process of driving the car to the BMW dealer in Appleton WI to get these issues addressed, I encountered several more issues: -when the headlights were set to "auto", the headlights and dashboard lights blinked on and off continuously See Video which is the last attachment -the washer fluid pump did not work and needed to be replaced -a power steering warning light came on, see photo below -a faulty brake warning light came on, see photo below - the passenger side air vent was faulty, and on inspection by the dealer it was obvious that the dashboard had been taken apart prior for reasons unknown, (nothing mentioned in the Carfax report) see photo below I understand I assume certain risks when buying a used car, especially without seeing the vehicle directly. Mr. Sulejmani assured me that "80% of sales are online and he has never had a car returned because of a disappointed customer." However, the dealership and the salesman have a responsibility to the buyer to be upfront about these multiple known defects. It is not possible that a responsible dealership could have overlooked this many problems and defects. It is irresponsible and dishonest. If I did not specifically ask about a potential defect, then that defect would not be disclosed which is obviously unscrupulous. A family member or friend would not have been treated like this. A customer should be treated similarly. Since the car was delivered, it has spent more time at the BMW dealer than in my garage. There are multiple other non-disclosed cosmetic defects in the interior that are not included in this list.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism and honesty. The team was super knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect vehicle without any pressure. My husband surprised me for Christmas with a trip to

My husband surprised me for Christmas with a trip to iCars. We have purchased cars in the past from Jasin and Barry. I test drove an Audi and a Mercedes C43 AMG. What an amazing experience, and they made the process so incredibly easy for us, including trading in my Audi. Best Christmas gift ever! Thank you Jasin and Barry!
