This family-owned business is super trustworthy, friendly and helpful. We came in when our car started making noises on the highway and they checked it out, told us the problem and the best way to handle it, free of charge. I definitely plan on going back next time I need any work done.

I posted this elsewhere but I want to post it here too because my experience was stellar. Fin and Jake are the most caring and thoughtful car experts I have ever met. We just bought a 2007 BMW x3 with 100k+ miles from Fin and, after a 1000-mile drive down to Nor Cal, I can report that it drove like a charm. We started this out by searching for Subarus at a few really skeezy places, when we saw their site on CarGurus. I was skeptical of the reviews but we went in to check out the cars. It's a small lot, but boy, do they curate and refinish these cars. We immediately loved the BMW and Fin and Jake told us all about their conversion from Subarus. Though we were skeptical, after a lot of research, everything they said checked out. And they knew WAY more than most internet sources could provide. How I knew they were trustworthy: - They let us keep the car and drive it over the weekend and then some. I have NEVER heard of this before - most dealers won't let you take it overnight, and some not at all. - I had an independent mechanic take a look. They mentioned some of the stuff that Fin specifically called out beforehand, though they made it sound more urgent. After sharing the report with Fin, he immediately offered to do that work for us before we bought. - Fin loves data. He shared a very thorough report of how he tests oil quality and gave us a precise recommendation, with all the details from the niche laboratory he uses for personal testing. - These guys LOVE CARS. I learned more about the details of BMWs, Subarus, and cars in general our conversations than I learned in my year-long research online (maybe I suck at learning about cars!) - Fin loves his customers. He spent more than a few hours chatting with me and giving me excellent advice across the board. You can tell that when he cares about something, he is extremely diligent about learning as much as possible about it and doing it right. In short, from now on, I'm referring all of my friends and family to Fin for buying cars and getting work done. I've never trusted a car expert more. Thanks so much y'all!

What an awesome and painless experience , this is how shopping for a used or new car should be done. Fin is a very nice and helpful person that will answer all questions and doubts you might have, very easy and quick process. Highly recommended!!!!

Major car crisis! Our Subaru was stolen. We did not know what to do... Our other car was very undependable, so thus the search for a new used car. Much frustration and lots of looking awaited us but a huge bright spot and what felt safe and like meeting family was our experience with Fin at Finesse auto sales. My wife and I both felt so comfortable talking with Fin and meeting the coolest pet dogs ever. We loved the quality of the cars displayed and had decided that we would probably buy one of his Mini Coopers. With no pressure put on us Fin talked with us about our idea of fixing our bad car, buying a new car, waiting and seeing if the Subaru would be found. IT WAS! We got our beloved Subaru back. Besides the return of our wonderful car, We have now fixed our undependable Suzuki and life is good. The best side benefit of this whole ordeal is that we now know Fin. A trusting doctor, a good dentist, a smart carpenter are all good contacts to help one upon life's journey. I now know that a good 'car expert' dealer is nice to have in that repertoire. I recommend Fin with the highest regards.

I bought a car from Finesse auto sales last weekend. The owner, Fin was very helpful and nice! He emailed me before and answered all of my questions very well and have me excellent detailed instructions to his business! Very nice cars and fairly priced! I would recommend to anyone and would buy from again if I need another car.

I went to help my granddaughter get a car. We had a great experience. She bought a fairly priced, nice car. The buying experience was very easy and the owner was very nice and helped us with everything we need and went above and beyond to help us with all the things we need. The car has very nice, fairly priced cars. Everything who needs a great used car should come and check it out! I'd recommend to anyone and if anyone is looking for a car, I plan to refer them to finesse auto sales!!

I was hunting for a vehicle for a while, then ending up buy a vehicle from Finesse Auto Sales and was very impressed about their vehicles. They have all very good cars and priced them very cheap. The office is very clean and neat. The owner knows what he's doing, he is very nice, honest, and friendly; no pressure when I came there. I am very happy buying car from them. Strongly recommended!
