You pretty much get ignored once the sale is final.

You pretty much get ignored once the sale is final. I called 3 different people that were involved in the sale concerning missing rear floor mats and have yet to get a return phone call.

wow ! honesty and integrity from a dealership, that was my experience with ms. Claire. she explained the options i had for purchasing, and could help me decide what was the best way for me to purchase ,she let me know about programs,rebates and offers available, i honestly didnt know all the ways she could put me into the truck i wanted, highly recommend to at least speak with Claire before you purchase from another dealership.
