First of all, it should be noted that we went to Audi of Brookline instead of the dealership closest to our house. My daughter and I visited the Brookline location and were impressed with the sales team, especially newcomer Johnny Tang. We also went to our local HC Lexus dealership, which was perfectly acceptable, but didn't have the same warmth as Audi Brookline. The entire experience at Audi Brookline was friendly, not pushy, and welcoming from start to finish.
