Awesome service !

Awesome service !!! They are so very nice and very accommodating. Absolutely love the facility. It feels like home. Definitely a place I will be coming back too.

Woke up to a flat tire at 9 psi.

Woke up to a flat tire at 9 psi. Drove to the dealership without an appointment, and I needed my Service A. David took care of my needs immediately. I received a rental for the day, allowing me to go to work and not worry about transportation. My car was ready before close of business. Superb customer service!!!

Purchased my 2024 GLS 450 ten months ago snd went in

Purchased my 2024 GLS 450 ten months ago snd went in for an oil change with an appointment time 130pm ?I had to keep checking on my customer service lady and it took them over two hrs ? Just way too long to wait especially when it?s an hour drive each way.
