Purchased a 2014 4S found online. I initially worked with a salesman that clearly only cared about his commission. Mike Ciano had the nerve, the gall, and stupidity to say that he HAD to have & 5K from me to hold the car I wanted because my plane could crash. Was Mr. Cibano trained in the DPRK? Please note that I was told this after I spoke to him on several occasions, sent someone to scout the car for me, and made plans to travel 600 miles. Even though I had purchased an airline ticket to buy the car in the next 12 hours, Mike wanted to make sure he got his commission even if I died in a plane crash. After I arrived at Braman the next morning, I informed Mo about my dealings with Mr. Ciano. He apologized and allowed me to work with Brandon Barnes who was fantastic. Brandon was knowledgeable, very pleasant, and at no time did I feel as if I was being pressured. He was able to completely rectify a bad experience to one that was positive as it should be when you're buying a super premium car. Truly, without Brandon, I would not have purchased from you. Mr. Ciano is a disgrace to the fine brand that Porsche has developed. His callousness and obvious contempt for anything but self-enrichment is a blemish to Porsche. I recently bought a Porsche Panamera Turbo at Braman Porsche. Overall it was an outstanding experience - both with the dealership and the sales person. Unlike other dealerships that I visited, on my first visit I was warmly greeted by Brandon Barnes who immediately inquired about what I was looking for. He was probably the most low-key, low-pressure but also highly knowledgeable sales person that I have ever dealt with. He knew everything about the cars. I was also impressed that his first question was - "Have you ever driven a Porsche?". I had not, so he proceeded to say - "let's go for a ride and see if it's the kind of car you're looking for". Smart guy, because once you drive it - you're hooked. Our negotiations were smooth and mostly via email and text. They were even able to get some equity value out of my previous car's lease! The delivery was perfect, and even though he was extremely busy, he took all the time I needed to give me a full tutorial on all of the complex systems in the car. This is an outstanding dealership selling the worlds best cars - with probably the most professional sales staff. I highly recommend Braman Porsche and my guy - Brandon Barnes.

I went to the braman Porsche dealership inquiring about the macan s. I was trading my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, they gave me such a good price for the Jeep, I couldn't refuse. I was going to pay for the Porsche with a check, but because of their Great advise, I financed the macan s at such a low interest rate, I'm actually making money to have this beautiful Porsche. If it wasn't for Brandon, none of this would have happened. He is the reason I was able to have a great experience and he treated me with respect and like a friend not a number. The dealership is beautiful, snack bar was a great touch, as the car buying process takes time. A++ in every way! My mother had 3 porches before, and now she can drive one again. It's no 911, but the macan s is truly a great modern day Porsche.

I made contact by phone with Braman by phone based on an internet search of inventory. Brandon Barnes called me back and we made an appointment to drive 3 hours to the dealership. Brandon let me test drive the 911 I was interested in. It was very professional and low pressure. He pointed out another similar vehicle that was better equipped, but met my requirements. We test drove it and liked it. There was no pressure even when I negotiated the price. We got the car much to the dismay of the person who had been waffling on it. It is true what they say: when you find a 911 you like...buy it! Especially a C4S. Anyway, it was a great experience and the follow up by Brandon was appreciated even though we live in a different city with a different Porsche dealership.
