They were so accommodating to my husband and I. We were anxious to make sure it was the RIGHT car for us so we asked to test drive twice and asked several questions. The whole time they were friendly and helpful.

Went there wanting to test drive a couple of different cars and the lady who came out to help me was very rude. She told me that they did not test drive cars until the deal was done. First time I've ever had anyone tell me that, and she was very rude about it. Needlessly to say I left there.

Do not give them cash or credit card. Get everything in writing. Jamil Melhem told me my money for hold was refundable. He took my money at closing time on Saturday, they were closed Sunday, and I called first thing Monday to say I did not want the Honda CR V. Do not do business there unless you know every trick in the book a deceptive sales person will throw at you. I kept asking about a CARFAX report and he always changed the subject. Don't get suckered with the complimentary 3 month warranty. Jamil gives you one description of warranty before you hand him cash and then gives you a different warranty that is useless.
