Loved the 'Small Town' feel of LaBelle Ford-all

Loved the 'Small Town' feel of LaBelle Ford-all conversation was forthright and honest from salesman Rob Sager. Vehicle was sparkling clean and full of gas. Rob also spent ample time going over the electronics of the new car and set our favorite stations on the radio. I would definitely recommend Rob Sager & Labelle Ford to people I know

Very good experience best purchase price for any used

Very good experience best purchase price for any used wrangle in the swf area also a very good price for my trade, they didn't low ball me like the dealerships in Ft Myers or Cape Coral worth the extra drive. Rob Seager was very helpful through the deal and after, there was a minor battery issue, and he got it taken care of fast free of charge. Thanks for a great buying experience!!!

They do not seem to care and the prices change

They do not seem to care and the prices change frequently. I believe they start pricing below market and once they get foot traffic they start increasing the price. Would not recommend

I bought a Ford Maverick from Labelle ford, in 2023.

I bought a Ford Maverick from Labelle ford, in 2023. At the time I promised I would get my car serviced even though it is 40 miles from my home in Fort Myers. On Friday I brought my car for a recall and an oil change. I was very disappointed that the assistant service manager lied to me and didn't even bother to show up for work. I wanted to cancel my appointment because Sam Galloway Ford called me and begged me to bring the car there. Ralph the district service manager and stepped in and promised me that he and Andrea the service manager would walk my car through the recall issue totally. Ralph was great, he even gave me his personal cell phone number, to give him a call whenever I bring my car for service, and he will make sure the car gets treated with respect. Thanks to Ralph and Andrea, I will continue to highly recommend the drive from all my friends in Fort Myers, IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO LABELLE.

I’ve always used them for service. Purchased my last car there. Bought a new one last week - totally different experience!! Highly recommend them now! Jonathon Mannering is a great sales guy - very low key, easy to work with, knowledgeable and so friendly. Excellent experience!

Raised price just because?

Posted a car for 17k, when I was willing to go see the car and said I was willing to buy raised the car to 22k, staff is very friendly answered all my questions and made everything clear, however management was the one that "raised the price" definately something sketchy going on with this dealer.
