DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! Trust us - we traveled 6 hours only to find a huge oil leak and an unwilling seller to either budge on price (top of the KBB price) or allow us to see it on a lift to see if we could fix it ourselves... we called several times before traveling too asking for answers and were always told it was fine...very unethical - RUN...Don't walk from this place...UNETHICAL

Hi LuceGretchen, Let’s be real — this review isn’t about a leak. You’re upset because we didn’t lower the price to what you demanded. The vehicle was listed at the top of KBB because of its overall value, and any known issues were reflected in that. You were also informed ahead of time that we don’t allow customers to lift vehicles on-site due to safety and liability — something any responsible dealership would enforce. You and your wife Gretchen each left separate one-star reviews, clearly trying to harm our business because we told you “no.” That kind of behavior says more about you than it does about us. We’re here to sell quality vehicles, not to be bullied into bad deals.

This 2015 Audi A6 TDI was peppered with touch-up paint

This 2015 Audi A6 TDI was peppered with touch-up paint and small chips/dents/scratches which were not apparent in the photos. They were not honest about a failed cruise control and leaking oil when specifically asked about the condition of the vehicle. There was not a single panel where the carrier had not made an exception. Mike did a good job in selecting a carrier and handling the sale documents. I did lose some sleep after not receiving the bill of lading and contact information for the shipment in a timely manner . I would not buy from this dealer again with out seeing the vehicle in person.

Hi Ken, You purchased a 10-year-old 2015 Audi A6 with over 100,000 miles for around $12,000, sight unseen, from out of state. We did a video call, answered every one of your questions, and showed the vehicle clearly. Yes — there were normal paint touch-ups and minor wear, which are completely expected on a vehicle of this age and mileage. These types of cosmetic details can be hard to capture in photos, and we never claimed it was flawless. This is exactly why we always offer customers the option to inspect vehicles in person or send a third party. If you're extremely picky, buying remotely may not be the right choice for you — and that’s okay. But it’s unfair to buy a high-mileage, used car and then complain that it isn’t like new. We do a lot of out-of-state sales, and the vast majority of our customers are very happy. We stand by how this sale was handled.

I was promised “no surprises”; what I got was… surprises.

I was promised “no surprises”; what I got was… surprises. The photos were low resolution on the listing and after taking a day off to drive 1.5hrs to purchase, I found the vehicle to be in rough condition on the exterior (oxidation, heavily scratched, and dried, white looking plastic on the hood cowl). Disappointed.

SCAM!

SCAM! I have no idea how this dealership has any good reviews. The owner is not an honest or honorable business person. I bought a car from here and took it to a repair shop expecting to have some overdue maintenance to perform on it and WOW, was I taken advantage of by Evolution Autos. After a test drive and speaking with Mike, the owner of Evolution Autos, I asked him to disclose any issues with the car and he said it was working fine and he'd trust driving this car with his family on-board. Turns out this car is a true hazard on the road --death trap on wheels. The sway bar is visibly splitting (see photos), the transfer case, rear differential, suspension, knuckles, calipers are all rusted through including the bolts that (barely) hold them together. There are leaks coming from the power steering pump, high pressure line, and the steering rack, but none of those can be repaired due to the rusted out bolts. Everything has to be rebuilt from scratch which will equal the amount I paid for the car. The damage on the car would have been clearly visible to them and they should have disclosed the issues. After speaking to them I was threatened, they let me know that "we have lawyers." I have NEVER ever been treated like this by a business. They kept saying that they "could not help me" and I had them clarify that they "would not help me. Because they seem to be confusing the two statements. BUYERS BE AWARE!!! This dealership sells dangerous vehicles and they will not be transparent with you. They took advantage of me and who knows how many others. They do not hold themselves to high standards and they will not take responsibility. Some people are truly awful and Mike appears to be one of them. This car isn't even safe to drive home from the repair shop.
