Car we looked at was absolute JUNK!

Car we looked at was absolute JUNK!!! It should have been a $2k mechanic special but these people wanted over $10k for it. The list of things wrong is very, very long, including fluid leaks, engine noise, torn up interior and more. Oh and on the test drive, we barely stopped due to the brakes going out. My mechanic laughed so hard he choked because the car was so bad. The nerve to dare want over $10K for a car that will require $5K (or more) worth of repairs is just astounding. The salesman was nice but I wouldn't trust this place especially since it's no haggle. That's code for overpriced junk with no discounts. We were stunned. Don't trust this place. We walked away and will never return.

ar broke down in 48 hours.

ar broke down in 48 hours. Warranty useless. Price changed mid-deal. Save yourself. I bought a 2015 Infiniti QX80 on March 7, 2026. The starter failed within two days of driving it off the lot. When I called to complain, I was quoted one price for the repair. When I arrived to pick it up, the bill was nearly $300 higher. Then I was told the warranty they sold me couldn’t be used because it was “too early” and “probably wouldn’t be approved.” I had to fight to pay anything close to what was quoted — on a repair that should have been fully covered. This was also the same dealership that raised the price by $1,000 after we were already in the purchasing process — and when I questioned it, one of the owners addressed my fiancé instead of me, as if I wasn’t capable of understanding the answer. I flagged that the battery looked old. A AAA technician agreed. They wanted more money. I declined. Less than a week later the battery is failing. Here’s what bothers me most: this lot also does in-house repairs. Selling cars with known problems while profiting from fixing those same problems — and hiding behind warranty fine print to avoid covering anything — is predatory. Full stop. Get any vehicle independently inspected before you buy here. Get every quote in writing. Or better yet, just go somewhere else!!!

Went in to get a cheap car.

Went in to get a cheap car. Mike was fantastic, and very knowledgeable. We already have one car from him, so knew that it was going to be an easy and fast process. Picked up a nice little Honda Civic. Definitely come by if you need a reliable car

All the lights were on they had to jump start n lies

All the lights were on they had to jump start n lies about their pricing they advertised 1500 down on all vehicles to find out its 2500 and more every car had electrical problems and lit up like a christmas tree with no decrease in price even though they claimed they dropped down payments to 1000 they had no intention the owner was walking around yelling amd cussing on the phone they couldnt provide price on a vehicle and wanted 700 a momth for a very troubled car i walked out immediately and the man i made arrangments with wasnt even there at the time of our appoitment

Mike and the entire crew made the entire process quite simple! I was buying from out of state too, and they were still able to communicate well with me and make certain we had everything all set and good to go. Even after I had difficulties with my own credit union, they were able to work with me and get everything all sorted out. I found them through cars.com and the whole process was real easy. No haggle dealership. But they are upfront with everything so ask questions if you have em. Very highly recommended!
