Bommarito Infiniti. PERIOD. Boy did I have an INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE at the shop at Bommarito especially because of the stewardship of SCOTT ISBELL. I came in with a complex and frustrating liftgate failure on my QX50. The shop was extremely busy, yet Scott greeted me immediately, got to me as soon as he could and listened intently to my issue description. Then he took over the coordination of inspection and onsite service keeping me informed along the process. When the repair required additional alignment at their offsite body shop (which was already closed) he sent my QX50 over to them anyway, put me in a courtesy rental and called me in early the next day to pick up my smoothly operating Infiniti. I am just walking distance from another Infiniti dealer but we are moving all our business to Bommarito because they do give-a-xxxx service.

Friendly people are the best
My wife and I found our lease experience to be pleasurable. Our daughter gave us a salesperson's contact information at Bommarito Infiniti, so we were greeted by Bob Anderson who now sells Audi vehicles. No problem. Bob introduced us to Anthony Dotta and the process began. We pretty much new what we wanted and we were guided through an even better plan by these gentlemen. A short while later we found ourselves looking forward to our new Infiniti vehicle. Patience, professionalism, knowing ones product, and the deal is amicably closed. We completed the paperwork with Charles Wagstaff about a week later. All three of these gentlemen treated us like we were their favorite customers. We give a Five Star rating and our Vote of Confidence to Bommarito Infiniti.

If I could give 0 stars for this dealership I would. We have been working with service department and have never been treated so poorly and disrespected in my LIFE! They are extremely rude on the phone. I am sure the sales department is fine but once you purchase the car you are in for a world of hurt trying to accomplish any type of service because they are so awful!!!

I don’t buy new vehicles often partly because the process is so painful. I actually felt good buying at Bommarito. We purchased extended maintenance plan so this is the only shop the car has seen. After six years of maintenance plan, I haven’t had one bad experience.

Disappointing
Extremely disappointed! As a long time customer who purchased their car there, serviced every time, I have been treated with disrespect and unprofessionally. My husband and I had plan on trading in my jx35 and to purchase a 2021 Infiniti QX80, but will definitely not do so after this extremely disappointing experience and treatment. On 09/29/20, I brought in my vehicle to have the FCW light checked and IBA light as they went off. Being that I purchased an extended warranty, I knew it is something that would be covered. I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. When dropping off the car, I was told that I need to pay $160 for a diagnostic test to see why the FCW light and IBA light is showing up. Few hours after dropping off the car, I receive a call from the representative at Bommarito, accusing me that I damaged my car and cause the FCW and IBA light to go off. Suggesting that I file a claim on my insurance and telling me that it would not affect my insurance. First as someone who works in the Insurance profession, I know it is not completely accurate. In addition, I am not a mentally incapable person to be told that I drove over something to cause that light to go off and not to remember it. I was told that they still don't know if the FCW light needs to be replaced, repaired or what is causing it to go off, but they estimate $2800 in repair. I asked if the sensor has to be replaced or if it can be fixed, their response was that they can't tell me as they didn't check that. I asked if he contacted the extended warranty, he said he didn't being that he knows it would not be covered. I couldn't believe that he didn't contact them, but instead decided to make a judgment himself. I requested info of the extended warranty to contact them to see myself about the FCW light and IBA light being covered. When I called them later that day, I was told that the Bommarito rep called few minutes prior to my call, wanting to see if a replacement of a radiator core support would be covered. Wait! What??? No mention of FCW light, or IBA. They had attempted to get a claim for something else that was not even discussed. No mention of the actual sensor lights that need to be replaced. So, I paid $160 for a diagnostic test, and no actual diagnosis provided. Then to be accused to have caused the damage myself. It's very upsetting to find out there was no attempt to contact my extended warranty to have it covered. After the very disappointing customer service, I have made sure to spread word about the service and customer treatment. I picked up my car, being that they cannot be trusted and customer service is definitely not their priority and nonexistent. Not to mention, leaving several messages for the Service manager, who didn't help much. If you are in the market of buying a car, or plan on servicing the car, this is the wrong place to take your car.

Great customer service! went above and beyond
Due to miscommunication, they had to fixed the problem, they came and picked up my car from work and brought it back before I got got off work! Impressive on the fact that they actually care about their customers concerns!

Great experience. Salesman did a great job of explaining everything about the car. Only complaint is they couldn't sell us floor mats that were in stock because somebody went home for the day. Just seemed "unfortunate"

Rude Customer Service
I recently found a great price at this dealership online. I filled out the application for financing online to lock in the vehicle. I waited two days, but did not hear from anyone at this dealership.
