BEWARE - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS

BEWARE - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! My daughter and I bought a used 2011 BMW X5 from this car lot and it broke down THE VERY NEXT DAY. Of course they refused to give us a refund even though dashboard full of lights came on the next day and had to limp it back to their lot because warning bells and whistles going off and car wouldn't go over 30 mph. Owned it for about a month now and it's had nothing but engine trouble, Now it's in their shop again for them to put in a USED turbo that they quoted $600 to repair and they now they just told us the bill it's $1000!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS CAR LOT!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Bemer Motor Cars was an exceptionally honest and

Bemer Motor Cars was an exceptionally honest and professional dealer/motor shop we’ve encountered after a month of searching for my car! They’ve been so professional besides being so sweet and considerate to their newly acquired customers! We accidentally, came upon this Car dealer/motorshop thru their website and not to mention, it’s the same place where my husband, Bannie, purchased his 1st bmw, 20-25 yrs ago! Upon remembering, we were so glad we deal with them and the salesmen, Dennis and Roger, with the assistance of their Finance guy, Felipe and the owners were so attentive and kind in giving us a great deal in buying my 2018-430i BMW and the trading-in my husband’s Altima too! We were so blessed and of course, so glad to be dealing with these kind, professional people and it feels great on our part that at last, we finally found a Motor shop/car dealership we could trust …THANKS GUYS and we wish you more luck with your business! Keep up the good work -to the owner and son, Julian BLESS YOUR GOOD HEART for treating us like family! 🙏😇👍🏻

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY ANY LAND ROVERS HERE!! In 2020, I was looking for an 04 LR Disco HSE. This scam of a dealership hoards them, which gives you the impression that they know these cars. I called in about one and was told I'd have to give a nonrefundable deposit if I wanted to keep the hood color the same as the car. Ken Hoffmann, assured me its a "solid Disco" and said if there is any issues, he'd gladly "buy it". I was an out of state buyer, so Ken sent me pictures and videos. When I arrived, to my surprise all of the plastics around the car and inside the car were cracked. The leather dash was warped completely. The rubber seals around the windows were cracking and the various interior parts were either jammed closed of loose. Both keys they gave me were trashed, with both with both fobs missing the buttons. I tried to walk away but was told that my deposit of 3k would not be refunded. So we negotiated a bit and they took $500 off the purchase price. On my drive back home, to CO, the MS light came on. I ran the car through a touchless wash and the entire car leaked. Water gushed in from the trunk, passenger door, sunroof and windshield. I checked the oil and it was bone dry. When I got home, the oil stick was completely dry again. So I took it JC British, who work only on these cars, and to my surprise, I was completely scammed. On top of the 14k I paid for this LR, I would now have to spend 10k to fix all the mechanical issues. Oil leaks, head gasket leaks, transfer case leaks, shocks, brakes, rotors, etc etc. Ken Hoffman stopped answering my calls/texts within a few hours after leaving the dealership. I choose to buy a LR from a dealership so I can avoid these issues from private sellers, and thought a dealer would care about their reputation. I was wrong. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE. Save yourself the headache. Pictures of some of the service done on the car below.

Originally I wrote this because this dealership wasn’t communicating with me about a $500 refundable reservation I made, they hadn’t responded to any of my private messages over the week inquiring about the reservation. As soon as I left some negative reviews, they responded to me on Facebook saying they had told me it was sent (not true) and basically saying I needed to have more patience then claimed I was just writing this to “make the bank go faster”. I responded to this thanking them for the reply but also said it was ridiculous not getting a single reply about this. Then my agent who had been missing the whole week calls me three times in a row during work, and when I finally pick up he started accusing me of going back on my word to buy the car. That would be true if I hadn't been clear with him on the phone when I originally reserved it that this was a backup plan, and I needed it to be refundable in case I went with a different car. I tried to explain this but he kept going on about how I should buy the car and I broke my promise, typical used car salesman tactics. I told him I didn’t wanna listen to this xxxxxxxx anymore, and he told me I was full of xxxxxxxx and hung up. He asked me to edit my reviews to reflect the truth and I agreed so here it is, at least there’s a happy ending lol.

Forgot to mention the reservation was for $500, and I was told over the phone it was completely refundable.

Hello Arlo, you were notified that your deposit would be going back to you and to be patient with us as it was the week between Christmas and New Year and a lot of the staff was on vacation. Your refund was already processed on the same credit card you gave us. All it takes is a little patience and you will see it back. We've been here for 38 years, we're not here for shenanigans.

AVOID!

AVOID!!!AVOID!! They come off as nice, faith based people. THIS IS A LIE! THEY ARE SNAKES This stealership will rob you blind. I purchased a van from these liars that was "Clean and working" As I drove it off the lot the ROOF started leaking water, the mirrors were broke, the navigation did not work, the vehicle photos showed more damage than was advertised.When I got the vehicle back home it began to LEAK MORE WATER INTO THE CABIN. While I was driving the vehicle back to them and it started leaking OIL and all the lights came on like a christmas tree. They lowballed me to take the car back and gouged me on getting my vehicle back.. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!

Julian screwed me out of 12k on a 535i. Buyer beware of this scam artist. Bought a car that NEVER worked. Check engine light went off as soon as I drove it off the lot and could never be repaired. You have been warned!

No response from dealership

Filled out an application online for a used vehicle that .was around $8900 They said in their advertisement that EVERYONE is accepted. Well ijust make a week that I filled out the application told them my struggles, how much I could put down and that I didn’t have a co-signer. The add is misleading and so far have not heard back from them so I guess everyone isn’t approved!!

The service I received was great no complaints

The salesman Roger Alvarado worked out a deal that was hard to refuse he made it a very comfortable experience purchasing a vehicle from Bemer motors would highly recommend
