Beware!! I wish i would have spent my money elsewhere! I bought my dream car finally.. An Audi Q7 from Bemer. Worst decision trusting these guys. They sell me the car without the added bells and whistles their own advertising and they themselves said it had.. Trailer hitch, navigation installed, bluetooth radio, and sirius. They tell me to buy the car and they will fix those items. Should have known better..but i trusted them. They raised the price on me to add a warranty and i trusted them still. The same exact day i bought the car there were repairs needed: ABS system, rear hatch door didn't close, side mirror motors broken, ac blower motor etc. They said they would fix those things too. Its been four months - nothing has been fixed. I drop it off and it sits without them touching it. They lie to your face just to get you out the door. The owner actually told my husband he just told me it would be ready soon when he knew it wouldn't just to shut me up. They promise free oil changes for life and free loaner cars but they offer subpar cars that are disgustingly dirty that reek of smoke. I have dropped my car off four times and they still haven't gotten to the 'free' oil change yet..or anything else. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt over and over and they show me repeatedly they don't care about my business. Beware! Go down the street!

It has been almost three years since I bought my BMW from Bemer Motor.. Of course like any other BMW, or any car at that, the car needs maintenance. Julian and his staff are always friendly, caring, and ready to help. They always take care of the car and leave it running smooth. They always wash my car And since I bough the car from Bemer Motor they gave me a lifetime supply of oil change! THANK YOU JULIAN MARTINEZ AND STAFF.HAVE A GREAT BUT MOST IMPORTANT A BEMER MOTOR DAY!!!

THEY DID WHAT A LOT OF DEALERS IN HOUSTON COULDN'T DO IT FOR ME .THE HAVE THE BEST STAFF THAT I KNOW IN HOUSTON AND TRUST ME I KNOW A LOT OF DEALERS .LETS START WITH "KEN" THE NICEST SALES REP THAT I HAVE MET TILL FAR ,HE MAKES U FEEL LIKE HE'S UR FAMILY AND GIVES U SUGGESTIONS THAT A FAMILY MEMBER WOULD DO .THEY DONT PLAY SHADY LIKE A LOT OF DEALERS DO ,THEY R VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL.THEY DONT HAVE ANY HIDDEN FEES THATS THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP .MOVING ON TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT MR.MARTINEZ IS JUST MAGIC LETS SAY HE IS "MESSI" WHEN IT COMES TO FINANCING ,HE GETS THINGS DONE MAN . VERY FRIENDLY AND NO GAMES .THEY WORK WITH YOU SO THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT AT THE END OF THE DAY .I GOT MY WIFE A MERCEDES BENZ GLK 350 ,IT WAS VERY SMOOTH LOW MILES AND THE BEST DEAL U COULD EVER GET FOR A CAR LIKE THAT !! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND LET ME REMIND YOU I HAVE OWNED 8 CARS IN 12 YEARS I BEEN IN US AND THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP !!!THEY WORK MAGIC HERE !!!!JUST ASK FOR KEN HOFFMAN FIRST AND THEN ISMAEL MARTINEZ !!!!I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING MY BENZ SO TAKE IT FROM ME JUST DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND STOP BY HERE FIRST !!!!

My experience was great, it was easy for my to go in, look at the car I wanted, drive it and go right into the purchasing process. Manuel was very helpful and low pressure, and I was able to get the car u wanted. There were. Lot of great cars there too.

Mr Ken Patrick was an awesome salesman. The entire team worked with me to get me in my 2009 BMW X5!!! This was a great experience at buying a car. I would definitely refer individuals to come visit Mr Patrick and the rest of the staff. I even met the owner who so kind and nice. I will definitely use them for my next purchase as long as Mr Patrick can be my salesman!

My salesperson, KP was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. In addition, the owner and his staff were very courteous and helpful. KP is the best salesperson that I have had the privilege to assist me.
