Everyone was extremely kind and helpful! All of our questions were answered with great detail and helped us make our decision with full understanding. The staff made us feel comfortable and everyone had a big smile on their face. We got to test drive multiple vehicles before committing, and once we expressed our concerns over certain topics, they were addressed and nothing was left out or ignored.

So excited! They had the car I wanted (6 speed too fun)and were great to deal with, no hassles, no hard sell and efficient! Saw the car online Wednesday requested information, heard back on Thursday drove to Texas on Saturday! Would recommend everyone I encountered at this dealership.

In a time when customer service is hard to find, I was pleasantly surprised to have experienced great customer service at J&L Auto Sales. Not only were they very friendly and accommodating, but they tweaked a few minor things after the sale as well.
