I have always taken my car to fiesta Kia.

I have always taken my car to fiesta Kia. Over the summer. I had to go to a different dealership because I was traveling. I took my car in for an oil change and they said that they had stripped all of the fasteners on my oil pan and charged me extra to get it fixed. When I returned to fiesta Kia, they did take care of that extra charge. Yesterday I took my car to fiesta Kia for an oil change and on the drive home my car alerted me that it was low on oil. I had to pull over to gas station and add more oil. I live 155 miles from fiesta Kia so returning was not an option. When I got to gallop, I went to Jiffy Lube where they replaced the oil filter again because it was leaking and refilled my car with oil. Fiesta Kia did not offer to refund my $160 charge from them but offer to refund my $36 charge from Jiffy Lube. In my opinion, it’s unacceptable. I will not be returning to fiesta Kia.

Very disappointed with their service, will offer you a

Very disappointed with their service, will offer you a ride on 15 miles not enough to get me home. My Kia was ready on Friday only to find out that they messed up my heater. Had to wait for the part over a week and it’s Monday and back in the shop. Getting messages all wk about my doors being opened thinking it’s being worked on only to find out that it’s being moved to get it out of the way. They don’t call you to tell you know what’s going on, I had to call and see what was being done. Told me they got the part n that they had to order another part and it’s still not fixed. Will never buy from kia again or recommend any one.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Fiesta Kia. On Friday, I went in and purchased a used vehicle that was located at one of their partner dealerships. The sales team took me through the entire process of buying this car—loan paperwork, signatures, the works—without ever having the vehicle physically present. Looking back, I should have paused, but the team at Fiesta Kia made it sound like everything was secure and finalized. I trusted them. That trust was misplaced. Today, I was informed—casually, with an “oops” phone call from the salesman—that the car I had “purchased” was sold by the other dealership before it could be shipped to me. No contact from a manager. No real apology. No attempt to make it right beyond offering to let me do the work of finding another car myself, and they’d waive the transfer fee as a “favor.” This wasn’t just a clerical error—it was a complete failure of communication, accountability, and customer service. It feels like I was tricked into a purchase they couldn’t fulfill, and they’ve done little to nothing to take responsibility. I’m sharing this so others can be cautious. Don’t let them run you through the full process unless the car is on-site and confirmed. I wouldn’t wish this mess on anyone.

Everyone is very nice.

Everyone is very nice. Beautiful large and comfortable waiting room. Was a two hour wait time. They offered a free ride and pick up service. I stayed. Free coffee/tea, water and snacks. A gorgeous aquarium that you can loose yourself in. The two hours flew by. My car was pretty dirty and they gave it a good wash job, no dripping water or streaks.
