Fraudulent misrepresentation!! Bate and switch on unfilled out forms, lots of hidden damage! Bought on Ebay - and prior frame damage -not mentioned in ad- "frame is excellent" though it was not able to be licensed in CT!!! Total loss!!

I just bought a 2013 Buick Enclave at CT Auto on Wayne Street in Bridgeport Ct. I had seen the car on their website, and took it for a test drive. It drove like it was riding on cotton covered streets it was so smooth. That is where I first met Frank and Angel, my newest best friends, lol. We ran the numbers and I decided that I had to let my dream car go. A month later I went back after seeing it still advertised. Frank and Angel seeing how much I wanted the car worked the numbers until they made sure I could get the car and keep my budget! If you are looking for a good car, Angel will make sure that it is mechanically sound, and Frank is your numbers man. Both are courteous, kind and will work with you. No fluffing!

Do not buy from CT Auto. DISHONEST MONEY-MAKING OPERATION AT THE EXPENSE OF TRUSTING PEOPLE. Within 24 hours, the car needed several thousand dollars’ worth of work. As of today, we have put in over $5,500 into a car that has been repaired by Subaru repeatedly. Subaru is equally horrified that a car was sold in such a state and worse, yet the dealership LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING. As a single mom working 7 days a week, this experience has proven a nightmare repeatedly. The owner of CT Auto's response was, "This is your problem not mine." This is not a good bunch of guys. They will smile as they lie to you, take your money, and leave you with a car that will cost you a fortune and will not get you to work. This has been the worst buying experience of a lifetime. Unfortunately, this car is proving the most expensive purchase ever made and it is far from over. I am exhausted, saddened, and enraged that this dealership has not been held accountable. I have discussed this with a lawyer and seriously considering taking legal action as this dealership should be shut down. I posted one star as it would not allow me to post this review without doing so. This is my first review of a product or service ever written. This dealership deserves less than zero.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a 2004 chevy Tahoe from these guys online and had it shipped to my house. When I got the Tahoe delivered it was altered when it arrived to my house. In the pics it had rain guards for the windows and a 3rd brake light intact! When I received it the rain guards were ripped off and sticky glue still around the window and 3rd brake light was removed! To top it off the gauges stopped working and a check engine light came on so I took it to my mechanic and he went under the truck to see about the evap code, once on the lift he noticed that the rear trailing arm mount and frame were rotted and patched very poorly! This vehicle shouldn't have been sold to anyone and it was unsafe and I paid 6k plus shipping! I called them and they were rude and denied knowing anything about it and blatenly told me they weren't gonna do anything about it. When I was dissatisfied with their lack of customer service I told them I would pursue my lawyer the owner told me that he has nothing left to say to me if I choose to go that route and hung up on me! Again BUYER BEWARE! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE IN DEALING WITH THIS SHADY PLACE!

These dealers tried to sell me a vehicle with an airbag indicator that they said would be fixed. I left a deposit on the condition that they fix it. They tried to give it to me without fixing the problem and when I refused they are trying to keep the deposit. I will have to take them to court now. WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAM ARTIST SHADY DEALERS.

what can I say about this place...well, the car looked even better than it did in the pictures. it was the cheapest GLI on the market, and not only did the car look great, the car ran even better, just a great quality car! what topped it off was Nate and his crew, just a great bunch of guys knowing what they have and knowing that you're going home pumped!! just like my son did, got the financing, a great deal, and a great car! the smile on his face was the icing on the cake. CT - Auto, you guys killed it !!!!!!! Rafi

I recently purchased a truck from the guys at CT Auto, and I just have to say they were great! I spent over 4 months searching for the perfect vehicle, and they had it! I dealt with Nate, mostly, and everything was easy and smooth. I went to look at the truck on Sunday, December 30, 2018, and as with any 12 year old vehicle it had a few minor issues. The guys listened to my concerns and addressed each and every one, and in the end a very fair and easy deal was made. Even with the craziness of the holiday, they made sure to take good care of me, and I was able to pick up my truck all clean, shiny, and registered Wednesday afternoon. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle (and I'm super duper picky). They answered all my questions and e-mails thoroughly and in a timely manner. Hopefully I won't need a new vehicle any time soon, but if I do, I'm going to go back to CT Auto! Thanks again guys! Called 3 times and talked many times via email and was told the vehicle was worth the 5hr drive every time. Showed up to find out that the frame was very obviously and crudely patched and "they didn't know about that." They are either liars or terrible mechanics, your choice. Don't waste your time.
