CMA's Valley Nissan

Everyone was so friendly and made you feel comfortable. Never did I feel pressured to signing anything. They truly make you feel like a top priority. Chris was an awesome sales rep and answered anything I had to ask. I really liked the follow up phone call asking how the car was driving and if I had any other questions. That was a nice touch.

I have 2014 Nissan Sentra 22k mi, still under Nissan factory warranty, but as you know today most dealers try to find a way to charge you. I have this bed experienced at Harrisonburg Nissan service . It is why I avoid them , and went to Staunton Nissan to see if this "robbery" will be here also. But to my surprise this Staunton Nissan service department did not charge me or "rob' me , but honestly fixed a broken LF shock assembly free of charge. Thanks ! Now I do know that it is a honest people.

This is the 3rd car we (my wife and I) have purchased from Valley Nissan and from Tabatha in particular. Right out of the gate she asked how things were going, remembered little details about my family/work that most in sales would never remember. I told her exactly what I was looking for and on the first try she pulled up the winner. When it came time to talk dollars and cents, Benjamin was able to work with me to get the payment at a level I was comfortable with very quickly. I was able to drive away very quickly in the exact car I came to buy. An outstanding salesperson and a great finance/management person. A great experience. I'm sure we will be back.

Just a great dealership to purchase from. Have purchased now 4 vehicles from Valley Nissan and every time has been flawless. The sales department is a wonderful group of people and work diligently to do whatever possible to get you in a vehicle. In this case purchased 2015 Nissan Sentra for my brother and everyone worked as hard as they could to get him in a new dependable vehicle that he could afford with no questions asked by dealership. My wife and my experience at Valley Nissan was Excellent. I felt like Sonny and other staff members cared if we purchased a car, and purchased one at their dealership. We were well informed along the way as to where the process was, and where we stood. After attempting to purchase a vehicle before the visit to Valley Nissan, I must confess that the treatment we received out distance the previous dealerships considerably. Tabatha Hummel was totally amazing. I have delt with alot of dealerships trying to get financed after recently filling bankruptcy. So many times I was denied and even turned away before filling out an application because of my bankruptcy. When I called Tabatha and explained my situation. I was in a rental car at the time paying $233 per week and Tabatha told me that she would get me out of the rental car and she did. Tabatha busted her but from daylight to dark for 2 straight days to make sure I got financed. I'm now the proud owner of a 2015 Nissan Sentra and on my way to rebuilding my credit thanks to Tabatha.
