This dealer is rude and unhelpful. They refused to perform an excessive oil consumption test. Many Kia models have this flaw and the test is required to confirm the condition. This refusal does not allow me to move forward. Stay away from this dealer.

My kia Forte was less then a year old and brought it into the service center to have it diagnosed, because my car was not blowing heat or a/c air. This was in JulyThey told me me it was a blower motor. I called on 9/21/ 23 to check on the status and they told me that they tried to call me, which they did not, and because the part sat there for so long they sent it back. They then proceeded to tell me that it would take another 2-3 days if the part was available I spoke to the person in charge of the service depth, who identified himself as Charles Brain. They told me stop getting upset, but then Charles began getting frustrated and began raising his voice, when I asked him why he was raising his voice he stated because I am.getting frustrated. I them told Charles now you know how I feel.. This place did nothing to.help, and threaten to not install the part to repair my brand new car. Place is extremely unprofessional and I will never get a car from here again. Terrible customer service and professionalism.

Only gave it a one start because I had to pick a star to continue. Nothing but issues with my sportage, lied to multiple times about service, I have been waiting for rental reimbursement for two and a half months at this point. Many calls to zack, Joe messages left for CJ who is supposedly the GM with no call back. had car in multiple times in a month twice repair lasting less than 1 day, was told twice it was in the shop trying to find issue when drove there car still where I had parked it with another service rep stating they hadnt even looked at it yet. Very frustrating and will NEVER go there again. So irritated with the whole mess that I went to Auto Faire Ford and bought a new vehicle there. I will now look to start legal action against them which is ridiculous to have to do. With what I have been through with them it is hard to believe some of the reviews posted are actually real.

Felt lied to and fake experience
I purchased a Kia there years ago and the experience was so good that I decided to go back. Not only did I wait for a long time to be seen but when I was the experience felt fake. The person asked me to sign papers while waiting for a joint person to sign but they did not explain that by signing early it would affect my 20 day plates. They continued saying to pick up the car on the weekend which would of left me with 5 days out of my 20 day plates. It just didn't feel right and when I mentioned it the situation was brushed off. I just felt lied to and the sending me to different people to show me cars is really annoying. What happened with the amazing customer service that you guys had? Would go back when the time comes to buy again.

Awesome place to buy a vehicle.
They were very helpful in helping with the purchase of my 2023 KIA Sportage hybrid. In a market that is not easy to do with the shortage of vehicles. They went out of their way to get me what I wanted.

Bought a new Kia soul
We new what we wanted and our dealer Jaime Garaufis was great. No games played. Answered all our questions. Only disappointment was not alot of inventory for color choice but that is all car dealers at this time so understandable.this is our second new car from quirk Manchester and they have been so much better than other dealers as well as better trade in prices, car prices, warrantys and no rude pressure tactics

Matthew in sales was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right vehicle for my family. He went above and beyond to make the process completely stress free. The product specialist, Josh, was also very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was familiar with all the features of my new car.
