So happy with our new purchase of Ford F 150 !! Great price and excellent quality!! The owners John Sr and Jr very professional and courteous service!! Our family has purchased several vehicles over the years and will continue to and highly recommend them!!!!!

After I hit a crater, John came to tow my car very quickly and took care of everything for me, he was so professional and helped me with all the steps to follow providing me with excellent advice. I did not have rental insurance so he provided me with a loaner vehicle and regularly called me to give me updates on my vehicle during the repair. Everyone there was very warm and friendly, and I truly felt that I was in good hands. On top of being fixed, my car was clean and detailed, as good as new! I am definitely recommending this auto body shop to everyone without reservations.

I've recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Charger and she is a beauty. John made the process really easy and gave me a great deal on it. I was rear ended in my brand new 2018 car. It had 2,000 miles on it and I had owned it for 2 months. Hometown auto towed the car from scene. Immediately shoved paperwork for a rental under my nose and had me sign. Drove the rental home that day while he repaired my car. The repairs took over 2 months and my car looks like crap. The paint looks terrible and my passenger side window won't roll down now. Why were they messing with the front windows if I was rear ended? I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE. unless you want your car to look like a 3 year old did the body work.

John Russo was a great guy to deal with. Went out of his way several times to help with the sale. Upfront and personable. Vehicle came as advertised with no hidden surprises. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

I loved the entire process of buying my jeep from home towne. As the daughter of a mechanic, I often have to deal with disrespect from dealers and other people in the industry. John, and even all of the regular customers treated me with dignity and respect. I was not jerked around at all. I was never spoken down to, and John worked just as hard as I did to get me in my Jeep as fast as possible! Tito, the big friendly Rottweiler, sealed the deal. The service was fantastic, the 2008 Jeep drives like new, the price was fair, I can't say enough about Home Towne. Love you guys!

Any used vehicle can be a crapshoot and a potential money pit and I think John recognizes this extremely well in the way he represents himself and his dealership providing a service so many of us desire. Recently bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and within 1 month I had dented my passenger door. I have been to Home Towne Auto Body years ago for another accident and the service was exceptional and the Auto Body work was pristine. I went to see John Russo and he remembered me from years ago. What impressed me was not only did John look at the damage, he inspected the entire vehicle and noticed a dent that probably was there when I bought it. He has a keen eye. The auto body repair is impeccable. Also, not only did he complete the repair he went one step further and cleaned my interior of the car and exterior of the car. I had recently bought my 3rd BMW from Home Towne. They have very competitive pricing compared to most used dealers around. I had met John and his family several years ago and have never bought a vehicle anywhere else since 1995! I tell them exactly what make, and model, all the way down to the mileage.
