I was thoroughly impressed in this dealership as a whole. From the time I made the first inquiry until the day I signed the papers on my new/preowned 2018 Chevrolet Cruze, I was treated with respect. There buying process is upfront and personal. My salesman, DeAndre was extremely professional. He was very noligable of his inventory and helped me choose the vehicle that was right for me. The General Manager, Tim and the Finance Manager, Wendy came out and introduced themselves and went over all of the paperwork with me in detail. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the details of the paperwork I was signing. The whole team assured a good feeling purchase. I will be referring all my friends and family that need a new or pre owned car to Patriot Auto with confidence in knowing they will get a good vehicle at a great price!

This experience here has been the worse, chris charged me for license plate when I previously had them before and wanted to switch over to the same ones I had. Also he was rude cutting me off when I was talking multiple times, lied about taking the new license plates off the price and told me I would get registration in mail never recieved it and never actually told me I had to pick it up. When it arrived he never called to notify me either. He sent me to three different places to get the remote key three different occasions and it wasn't ready when he said it would be. Worse experience I've ever had !! DON'T COME HERE !!!

Jason and his team worked hard to make sure i got into the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Even with credit problems and my tendency to not follow through he was patient, kind, hard working and honest. He answered my calls at 9pm. He wasn’t rude when I didn’t answer his calls a couple days in a row. He knew what the goal was and worked with me until the end to ensure I was more than happy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Competitive pricing with fair trade in. Ask for Joe, he was great to work with. Only complaint is that the area is congested and not ideal for test drive.

got vehicle 9/18 and 12/18 check engine on and tire pressure light wont go off. Repair shop says i have to pay $95 for diagnostic and $100 deductible because 1200 warranty that i purchased with car wont cover repair. Rip off, if i could turn back the hands of time
