I bought a truck in 2020.

I bought a truck in 2020. Blew up not 2 weeks after buying it. Still walking and taking buses. This really sucks. Cant afford to pay off broken truck and pay for a new one.

Do not do business with this place. Thieves/Liars.

Worst experience ever with an auto dealership. When signing paperwork I was informed that the vehicle had been in a wreck. Nothing was mentioned about this prior to deciding to purchase the vehicle. When test driving some issues were identified and was told “Dont worry about it we have a great reputation”. Some of the issues were corrected but the major issues were not and have been told they will no longer talk with me after trying to discuss possibly getting an attorney involved. Do not step foot on this car lot. They are thieves and have zero moral ethics.

Junk cars, junk dealership

Bought 2 different vehicles there. Both were junk. Made it 50 miles on the first one and the fuel pump went out. Took them a month to fix it. Second one, made it a little farther, 400 miles then blew the transmission. They told me to go pound sand. $6000repair bill. Don't buy from here

BUYERS BEWARE

Terrible place to buy! They sold me a car with a bad engine, I even took the car to their mechanic to have it looked at when I was buying the car and they said it was fine, when it really wasn’t! They’re terrible to buy from and don’t care about the customers they sell to. BUYERS BEWARE

Worst experience buying a vehicle

Buying a vehicle at Kissner's is the worst experience I have ever had. The vehicle had it's airbag light on when I test drove it. The mechanic assured me it was only a sensor and to bring it back and they will fix it. When I got the vehicle home I realized the back door child lock was stuck on. I took the vehicle back to be repaired and found out that the airbag light was not just a sensor but my airbags actually didn't work at all. I had to call the dealership several times over a span of 3 weeks to get them to order the part for the airbag and to get the correct part for the door because they ordered the wrong one. During this time I was given a crappy car to drive that was on empty. I then took the vehicle back when the parts were in and was told it would take a couple hours to fix the vehicle. After waiting 4 hours I was given another car to drive home because I was told it would take longer to fix. This car was also on empty with bald tires. My car was supposed to take a couple of days to fix but I was without my vehicle for almost 2 weeks the second time I took it back to them. When I got it back the car chargers in the back didn't work, my stereo glitched, my ABS and traction light was on and I was not able to put my vehicle into reverse. All of this happened the next morning after I brought it home. I also live 1.5 hrs from the dealership. When I called the dealership they wanted me to take it to another dealership to be fixed and said they would call me with a day and time I can take it in and never called me. I went ahead and took it to one of the dealerships they suggested in. previous convesation to be fixed. This dealership was awesome and fixed my vehicle. Kisser's was to cover all of the cost for the repairs. The manager at this dealership called both the manager and the salesman leaving three messages regarding the charges of the repairs with no returned call. I was left with the charges that Kissner was to cover. All in all I would say to never buy a vehicle here and to go somewhere were they stand by their word and customers.

Not good at all I drove all the way from Denver to Grand junction just to find out the truck had a blown Transmission. If you don't know it is a 4 hr drive each way. It could have been avoided if they would have been honest about it and told me up front.

I'd give negative stars, if that were possible. I bought...

I'd give negative stars, if that were possible. I bought a van there 2 months ago and was told it was in Excellent condition. He'd had his mechanic check it out from top to bottom, had replaced the battery, the spark plugs, etc. The van worked for just under a week after buying it from them. When I called to see what my options were, I was lied to over and over again. "We'll fix it for free at a mechanic in your area" and "We'll trade it for another vehicle on the lot" were the lies I was told numerous times. I set up an appointment for an estimate with my local repair shop and was quoted an amount to do the estimate. I relayed this information to Steve Kissner, our salesman, and was told he wasn't going to pay. I then made an appointment with Steve Kissner to trade the vehicle for another minivan of equal value on his lot. He had taken a personal day the day of our appointment. We've officially been xxxxxx around by them for over a month now. DO NOT BUY FROM JENSEN-KISSNER!
