Gary O’Bryan just gave me an A+ tutorial on my new Crosstrek.He drove all the way up to my home in Cloverdale to provide this training. He is an asset to your company! He is so well versed on every single aspect of the features of my car and was able to explain it so well. I really appreciate his efforts. My tech rep was Jason Widmer ~ he was outstanding!

My tech rep was Jason Widmer ~ he was outstanding! My car was in the shop 3 times over a 2-week period and Jason was attentive & thorough at each visit. One item was a recall on my 2021 Outback and involved a long day. Jason made the experience pleasant and I would trust him completely and recommend him to family & friends! Also, Jason took time to explain things in a manner that I could understand and I learned so much from him and felt he was honest and fair. If there was a “10” rating I would click that button for Jason!

I worked with Gary O’Bryan when purchasing my new Crosstrek. He has a great personality and excellent customer service. I learned so much about all the options on my car. Knowing how to use my Car Play has been a game changer for me. For someone who is afraid of technology he made me feel confident about using it. I can enjoy my music and use navigation now. Gary made the experience fun while making sure I understood all the functions before our session ended. I am so glad you have someone like him working for your dealership.
