Your staff was amazing I was so upset with the damage to my car and your staff calmed me down and took care of the issue including your car wash man he went above and beyond to buff off the paint from the fender bender I had just an amazing experience and I’ll be back for all my maintenance! This dealership had a variety of vehicles. The lot was very organized and the employees were extremely helpful and courteous. I inquired online and immediately received a phone call. My only recommendation is that this dealership should deliver each purchased vehicle to the customer with a full tank of gas. I was given a car with a completely empty tank.

IA visit that was not pleasant

There was no visible effort to enforce CDC guidelines on covid-19. No one wore face maks, no one observed social distancing, it seemed like the pandemic was not a concern there. I was the only one who wore my face mask , including customers and staff. I did not feel safe. My service visit was not great - I had to spend $145 dollars for a diagnosis of a problem that was too expensive to fix. It was not a good experiece for me.

We are very sorry that you feel this way. We take the safety of our customers and staff very seriously. At the start of this pandemic, we led the way with sanitizing all areas of the dealership, especially all customer touch points, and increased our deep cleaning frequency, daily. We have checked the temperatures of employees, as needed, and sent anyone home who was not feeling well, and have allowed those staff members to return only with doctor approval. We have offered masks to staff as well as customers, for their protection, and have followed all official requirements. At this time, masks have not been made a requirement. With regards to the diagnostic fee and the expense of repair, we may yet be able to help you explore other options, such as breaking up the cost over time, or even trading in your vehicle for something newer. There are many great incentives available now that make this one of the best times ever to buy a vehicle: thousands off in discounts, delayed payments, even 0% interest for up to 84 months on select models, with approved credit, A manager will reach out to you shortly, but if you would like additional information, or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me personally, and I will be happy to help.
