Excellent honest and fair

Dave Schwartz is awesome!! Hands down made our car purchase simple, easy and stress free. He listened to our needs and went above and beyond to fulfill everything we needed and wanted. We will never buy a car from anywhere else and as long as Dave is there, we will go see him everytime.

Friendly dealership

Very knowledgeable and polite.

Carrie did such an amazing job helping me find a car that fit all my needs. She was very professional and when it is time for me to purchase the car I want she will be the first person I contact.

Greatest experience ever

Friendly staff, willing to work with you and your budget

Everyone we encounter was nice and professional. Prices were ok, but slightly high especially with the Maus care package. Overall good experience. I recommended our sales guy, Dave Schwartz 100%! He was great!

Lease turn in for new car

Dave and Drew are terrific. Drew is truly exceptional. Nissan is the only dealership I deal with for both service and sales. The location is very accessible, also.

Armando was great

Armando was great at helping us find the perfect truck, he took the time to listen to what we were looking for and had an answer to every question we asked him. One of the many things we enjoyed most is he treated us like family and wasn’t concerned only about the sale he went above and beyond to make sure everything we were looking for was covered and so much more. The whole Nissan family is amazing from the sales people to finance - The Williams family

Thank you Maus!

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had at Maus Nissan of New Port Richey. It was truly a pressure free experience where our needs were more important than the sale price of the vehicle. Brandon and Keith made it personal for them to help us out. Then to get to actually speak with David Jr. who treated us like we were the most important people in the world just meant the world to us.

Exceptional Service

Been with Maus Nissan for about three years now and have been very pleased with my experiences! I have known John Thorne in the service department for over 10 years and he is 100% top notch!! He introduced me to Dave Schwartz as I mentioned to John that I was nearing the end of my lease. John said, Dave is one of the best guys on the floor and I'd be in good hands. Well leaving Maus Nisssn today (4/15/19) with a new vehicle, John was beyond correct about Dave!! Dave was exceptional from start to finish! Dave goes past the finish line, walks you to your car after everything is complete and asks you if you need any assistance with the technology aspect of the vehicle to telling you that he will touch base soon! Usually it's the other way around... call me if you need anything.. Dave will call you! To me, that is exceptional customer service!! And thank you to Aldo in financing who was fantastic!! Patient, respectful, explained everything, and very personable!
