I purchased a 2023 Canyon recently. I am an out-of-state buyer. I am very cautious, it's just the world we live in. Maha was very helpful every step of the way. She answered every single question I had, very accurately described the truck, worked with the third-party inspection company I used, and spoke directly with my bank when we transferred the funds. I recommend Bank Auto Sales and Maha without reservation, especially if you are an out-of-state buyer. They can be trusted.

They sell you cars with issues an when you take it in to get looked at n fixed They cover up the problem till your warranty runs out an its not their problem anymore.

Its only been a few days. Therefore, its too early to fairly review this used vehicle as a whole. However, Faris provided great customer service!

Sold me a car with a more comprehensive warrenty but on my paperwork they put me down for a more basic warrenty that covered almost nothing. Had the car only 3 weeks when the lock cylinder started acting up. Tried to get it fixed using the warrenty and realized the paperwork had a different one listed. I called them, they denied it, but offered to fix the problem and charge me only for parts and not labor. Told me it would be fixed in 2 days max. Then they kept pushing the day back, saying they were waiting for a part. After almost a week, I realized they were never going to fix it. Took it to a Ford dealer and they told me Banks had actually made the problem worse by messing around with it. That the lock cylinder was probably just jammed to start with but now there were missing parts in the door, the cylinder was broken, it was clear someone was messing around in there without knowing what they were doing. Waste of time and money.

Man where do I start. I'm very happy with my vehicle. They really worked for me. I got a dodge ram bighorn with the hemi and when I say I love my truck I love my truck. Go see them. Michigan ave off venoy. Next door to the wendy's.. they will get you together.

First impressions, the lot was neat and the cars were well taken care of. The prices were very reasonable to start with. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional with their main focus on you the customer. Faris was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. We never felt rushed or pressured and he was willing to lower prices to help us get the car we were interested in. 10 out of 10 would buy from there again!

The whole process was simple and I never once felt pressured. The entire staff here are polite and genuine. I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of while purchasing anything in my life.
