My son and I had a wonderful car buying experience with Volvo Cars North Miami. We found our well priced XC60 deal online. Our internet sales specialist Dayana Diaz was top notch. With distance buying, we wanted to be sure we had a good feel for the car and its condition before we committed to making a trip from Texas to Miami to test drive it. Dayana went above and beyond giving us a video tour of the car, answering all our questions, and providing details before our trip to Miami. Once we got to the dealership, they were ready for us. I was truly amazed at the family like environment at the dealership with Dayana, Sales Manager Marlon, and Finance Manager Zuly all seamlessly working together to take care of us. The process was painless and our best experience so far buying a car. There were a couple of small issues to be fixed and Dayana took care of it no fuss. She went above and beyond our expectation as if it was her own car to make sure all was taken care of. Her honesty and concern for us getting the best out of our purchase was evident the whole time. She followed through with personally supervising the car leaving their lot on a transport truck sending us pictures and videos before its journey to us.
