Best Auto Selection

I called multiple times to try and get a specific car. The guys here wouldn't call me back, were unresponsive, and downright rude. I literally cried when I got off the phone with David, I think his name was. Emilio was nicer but horrible still. I went down the road and bough my the EXACT same car for 3k more and was happy doing so because the sales people treated me nicely.

Just moved in the area, i searched for a used minivan for 2 weeks, visited about 5 dealers in the metro atlanta area, found a Dodge G Caravan up for sale from Best Auto, these guys are the nicest and most honest used car dealer i have been to, they let me take the minivan pretty much for the whole day test drive, not only it drove great, it was the cheapest in the market!! i did not think it twice! paid cash on the spot, process was fast and easy!

After searching for 2 weeks, we finally found the SUV we were looking for! Best Auto had the best price in the whole south east!! customer service was great! and vehicle was in great condition!

David was cool over the phone. He couldnt answer all of my questions over the phone though unfortunately. I do not live close so I sent my brother to test drive the car I wanted. Unfortunately they dont have in house financing and the credit union I was using would not finance with them. They had a d- rating with the better business bureau. So I didnt get a car from them.

Found the car I was looking for! from the 1st phone call to shaking hands when closing the deal, this dealer had great customer service! very easy and fast process, no hassle experience, Emilio took care of making this our best car buying experience, we got a great deal on our Mazda 3!!

I contacted the dealership via Cars.com and received an automatic email response. I did not receive any communication from a human. Maybe they were too busy to see how serious I was about purchasing a vehicle from them.

Tried 3 times to get information about a car for sale listed on this site. Never sent me anything or called to give me an up date. They are not Carfax connected and will not provide this information. If that is the best they can do, wonder what buying a car is like?

Talked to someone in sales and they answered questions to my satisfaction.
