They was disrespectful for someone who was a custo
When speaking to sales man I had another dealer on the phone that was beating there price he was very unprofessional he crumbled his papper he had crunched the numbers on and said a bad word and to take my buisness else where after purchasing 2 vehicles with them without hagling I'll never use them again

I got an estimate for a transmission problem. The estimate cost $90. The estimate was for over $5,000. I got it fixed for $640 at a transmission shop. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.

The staff here is so great!
The staff here is so great! I have visited a lot of different dealerships, but this one is by far the best. They remember me every time I come in, and they always get my work done in a timely manner. At other dealerships I’ve been forgotten about and they haven’t told me when my vehicle is done, but at Barnes crossing Chevy they always make it a priority to get me in and out as quickly as possible!
