Our biggest mistake was coming to you in the first place. You worked fast, doing everything quickly and pressured us into a sale. There is no way that the dealership could not have known there were serious problems with that car and they sold it to us anyway And they just don't care. Terrible business practices. And they are probably doing the same thing to someone else with the vehicle that we traded in. We will certainly never do business with CPW again and we are telling everyone we know.
